Our guide Rimona was a pleasure to be with. She is knowledgeable and prepared to do the best tour of both Myiajima And Hiroshima. Very grateful for her service!
We had a beautiful day with two different boat rides. Time for some shopping. She introduced us to favorite foods and historical places. Our fav food was at the Konokomyaki restaurant!! Also Hiroshima oysters are wonderful.. and we have tasted many! Don’t miss these two food experiences. Fishcake on a stick very good in Myajima. It was a 10 star tour.

I absolutely loved my tour and especially my tour guide. She was so informative and knowledgeable about everything on the tour. It was such a great experience! The only drawback was that because I was traveling solo I had to pay twice the amount. I didn't feel I should pay double.

Arki was great, allocating time for each itinerary location to ensure we did not feel rushed at the end of the day. The day went so quick but finished the day with a better understanding of the lingering affects of war on families

The Hiroshima museum was very interesting and full of information. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Miyajima Island was beautiful and was more than I expected.

The tour guide made the experience fabulous! Without him, the experience would have been mediocre. He took us to all of the places we were interested in. He knew exactly where to go.

We learned so much. Can’t believe some survivors made it to their 80’s! The Museum was a moving yet traumatic experience. Everyone should do this trip. It was a highlight for us.

This tour was not as advertised, the cruise is actually a ferry ride, the guide needed to have better English, unfortunately it was extremely boring, and I wish we were told that the Hiroshima Museum is self guided, you cannot really talk in there. The company charged a lot of money for a tour that wasn’t worth it at all. There needs to be more details provided because we felt that this tour was way too expensive for what it was. The day was drawn out, and we had to rearrange the schedule because the guide didn’t, so that we would make the ferry back to Miyajima in time before it closed for the day. There was no reason to have this tour be so long and so expensive. Participants should know exactly what they are getting, and this was not the case. We were extremely disappointed in this tour. Not worth it.

Guide's English Level: We apologize if you found the guide's English proficiency to be lacking. We strive to provide guides who are fluent in English and knowledgeable about the destinations. Your feedback will be taken into consideration for future tours.
Hiroshima Museum: We regret any confusion regarding the Hiroshima Museum. During the tour, the guide said the memorial was crowded and asked if you wanted to be accompanied or go alone. You said you did not need the guide inside the memorial only to ask afterwards, paradoxically, why the guide did not accompany you.

I would definately recommend this tour. Akie was an excellent tour guide with great local knowledge & information about the historical sites. The highlight was the atomic bomb memorial park & museum which were very moving. Miyajima was also very interesting. Thank you Akie!

My favorite tour of my 2 week trip! Tom was wonderful! He was so kind and knowledgeable. It’s a moving day for sure but the experience made me feel hopeful.
