The food was surprisingly good . Not huge servings but with seven courses they did not need to be. Live entertainment and a gentle cruise down the river and back . The city looks quite spectacular lit up at night from this perspective. There are a few dinner cruises leaving at approx the same time and a small tug boat shadowed the fleet in case of any breakdowns.

Lovely evening on an authentic junk. Traditional Vietnamese style banquet with lovely entertainment from musicians and dancers. The whole night went so smoothly upon being picked up by our guide at the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed this dinner cruise so much that we seriously considered going again the following night . Our diligent guide Candy was a charming well educated young lady who was clearly proud of her country and who made the whole adventure so easy for us oldies.

What a delightful evening...celebrating our 33 anniversary. We were even picked up from an apartment near the airport. The guide stayed with us throughout the evening...making sure we found the boat and the transfers on the way home. Dinner was fantastic, Plenty of food for everyone. Served family style...even some pork that was more western than Vietnamese, also shrimp was yummy. The entertainment on board was perfect. Great local flavor. Lasted about 30 minutes...musicians and dancers. Enough but not too much. The only draw back to the whole evening was that there was a storm brewing In the area and they were concerned about the tide rising too much so we attached to a buoy about 100 years from the pier. So we really never cruised very far, but not sure we would have seen much in the nighttime, we enjoyed the city lights of Saigon. For the price this was a steal...an awesome deals-including transfers....perfect evening!

A very well organised event, got picked from Hotel with other people from different hotels by a nice guide, and taken to the harbour where we had to wait for the boat, dodging the mosquito,s. The actual trip was very nice but was,nt long enough, we had five courses, one after the other, no time to enjoy the food really. A bit rushed.

This was a wonderful tour, the food and company were great. Henry the tour guide was friendly, informative and spoke excellent English. The entertainment was also of a high standard and the only down side was having to wait a long time on the pier as there were a lott of boats loading.
