This was one of the most amazing activities we’ve ever done! I’m sure all their guides are wonderful, but Thomas and Nat took especially great care of us. The food Thomas dived for and brought back to the boat was promptly prepared and was delicious! You can’t get any fresher seafood! We could really tell they had expertise regarding wildlife and the ocean, and they genuinely take care of their passengers like they do their environment. We got to spot seals playing and dolphins swimming in our boat’s wake. I honestly can’t imagine a better way to spend a day in Hobart than this activity.

An amazing day out on Tasmanian waters, with great hosts, enjoying a variety of fine wines and fresh seafood.

Thomas and Elizabeth were the ultimate hosts on a well-equipped boat, giving a detailed tour exploring the shoreline of western Bruny Island and Southeastern Tasmanian coast. Being treated to fresh oysters, crayfish, abalone and salmon. Served along with a choice of Tasmania’s fine wines. Enjoyed a brief crisp dip in the ocean. Witnessed a variety of native wildlife including seals and white-bellied sea eagles. We can highly recommend the wonderful day out on Tasmanian waters.

Seafood Extraordinary

What an amazing experience. Kate and Isabell looked after us so well. The lovely Jansz to start the day off. Oysters freshly shucked, salmon sashimi, platter of cheeses. Then the pinnacle watching Kate catch our sea urchins and abalone then eating them fresh from the sea were delicious. Don't forget the crayfish either. The boat trip was fabulous and we saw parts of Tasmania you would not normally view. A memorable trip and would highly recommend this to anyone who likes the good life!

It was a great experience! My guide are very knowledgeable on their job! Lots of food as there were only 3 pax on this cruise. Free flow of drink and wine. Food were fresh from the sea! The view were awesome during all the eating session! Worth the price!

The tour is great! I am the only one joining the tour on the day, but they still operate the tour, I appreciate this. They offered everything suppose to be included in the tour. As you can imagine, the service is very personalized. They have two guides for the tour so I think the service level will still very high for the normal tour size. The seafood are great, well prepared. The oyster fresh and cooked, salmon smoked and sashimi, sea urchins, lobster cooked and sashimi and abalone cooked and sashimi, all of them tasted good, I just hope that I can eat more. In additional to the seafood, they also show the scene and the animal like seals, eagle, etc around. Yes, the tour is expensive, but I really enjoy the day. I am happy that I have joined the tour

I had the most amazing dining experience of my life on the Tasmanian seafood gourmet lunch cruise. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and they certainly knew how to cook! The views of the Tasman cliffs, and Butler's beach, along with some of the cleanest air in the world, made for an absolutely perfect day. If you are on the fence about taking this tour, do not be deterred by the price. You will be treated to some of the best seafood in the world.
