Was a great tour with a lot packed in. Jodie the tour guide was great and knew a lot about the area. Stopping for fresh apples was great and the apple/raspberry pie at the end of the trip was delicious. The Caves were amazing.

Not worth it.

Jodie was our guide for the day. The van was packed and both the aisle and seats were too cramped and uncomfortable to hold that many people. I was repeatedly kicked by male guests when they entered the van due to the narrow aisle. There wasn't much to see at Tahune and there was no guide so it was just a walk among a forest. You could see the destruction caused by a fire years ago. Didn't see any animals in the forest. Hastings cave had too many people. It would be better if they admitted less people per guided tour. Overall I didn't enjoy this trip but the guide Jodie worked hard and tried her best. I wish the tour company ran smaller groups as the van ride was too cramped. The last stop (apple pie at Frank's Cidar) was my only highlight.

Not being able to do cave walk because on reaching 1st platform I felt dizzy and a headache. Tasting Paddle was far too much for solo person and that should be taken into account, especially as free tasting is available at Bar of premises, so solo person can just taste 1 if desired.

The day was advertised poorly. The forest walk had been severely burnt out and the thermal springs we were expecting to bathe in were not included as advertised.

What a full day!!! jam packed with soooo much to see and do, make sure you get a good night sleep the night before and are semi fit, lots of walking and LOTSSS of steps!!! Jodie our guide was the coolest and so informative about info and tips. started the day at Tahune, absolutely gorgeous bushland and walks, then head to the caves - very interesting to see, on the way home we stopped and had ciders and apple pie! perfect ending to a very full day of adventure. such a great trip and so happy i booked this! thanks again for the memories Jodie!!!

The air walk was very enjoyable. The views were superb. Our guide was very familiar with the area and explained the prominent features of the walk. The caves were spectacular and our guide was well versed with the geology of the caves.

The caves were stunning. I thought it would be more challenging with all the stairs but the guides allow plenty of time stopping in each section so you can catch your breath as they talk about the cave. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable. They are obviously passionate and seem to really enjoy educating people which makes it enjoyable to learn from them. Truly remarkable to see.

Hastings Cave was the highlight of my trip to Tasmania! The cave was so beautiful and the guided tour was very interesting. The airwalk was also a good opportunity to see beautiful trees and learn more about the history and culture of the country. The tour guide was great and very passionate about the country, providing facts along the drive and even stopping to show us specific plants on the forest walk. There were only five of us in total, so it was like getting a private tour! My only constructive comment is that there isn't much time at the thermal springs - I went on a short walk, as there wasn't much time for swimming (also, know that the springs look like a swimming pool!). Also, I left my hat on the tour bus and called the company the next day to see if I could get it back - they found my hat and delivered it to my hostel before I left the country. I highly recommend this tour because of the beautiful sights, but the company itself was also a pleasure to work with!! Enjoy this tour - it is amazing :)
