    Very confortable and the staff is really nice. My flight arrived early and I contacted them via whastapp and within minutes I got confirmation for an earlier transfer.

    My flight was late from Hanoi. Already I'd been bumped from the 3pm to the 4pm bus. I got into the airport at 4pm exactly and had to collect my bag. They waited for me instead of just figuring I'd take the next bus. What I'm saying is they cared about me. I really appreciated that. They get 10 stars as far as I'm concerned. Thank you again.
