        Bad Experience at Premium plaza gate 35.

        The worst experience. Not good seriously. No food there. Only limited snacks like cereals and coffee, cold drink (fountain machine) , one cup of maggi and some worthless biscuits. I will suggest no need to opt this. It's better to keep awaiting at airport. However, they mentioned Alcohol drinks but you will not find it. They are bluffing people. All in all, do not opt please.

        Sorry to hear your unhappy experience. Hong Kong Airport is just reopen to worldwide travellers. Most of facilities and services would take times to be improved. Thank you for sharing me this fact. I will keep following HKG Airport Lounge Service Quality and amend our product.

        This company sold me a lounge in Hongkong Airport. I arrived only to be told that I could not reach that lounge. They knew that when I booked. What a dishonest Company !!
