Outstanding. . Our flight was delayed four times and they kept calling to make sure we were all up to date. They then had an easily identifiable sign with immediate loading. We were at the hotel within thirty minutes of clearing customs. Also I left my backpack with multiple work computers and the driver came all the way back. Huge deal for me. Friendly and honest. Can’t say enough good things. They answered my calls timely and went far beyond I think any vendor I’ve had in Mexico. I come travel internationally by monthly so very very impressed.

Unfortunate circumstances

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. I called to confirm arrival time of our flight and was told I would be greeted outside by someone holding my name up on a card. Nobody was there and I called Viator and asked where my transport was. I was told he was there waiting for me. I asked where and he said #2 section. I go there and there was a long line of people waiting to pay and get on shuttles. I walked up to gentleman (Julio) taking care of customers standing in line. He told me to go and stand in line. Again I called Viator who told me to give the phone to the man so he could explain that I had already paid for transportation and was supposed to have private transportation. The man,Julio, said one moment. I stood an waited for another 10 min and again called Viator and he once more told me to give the phone to Julio. After total of 40 min out of nowhere a car pulls up and the driver approached Julio who points to me and finally we get a ride to Secrets. By the way, the driver had no idea what my name was or where I needed to go. I purchased a return ticked and I am hoping Viator will be picking me up in time for my return flight.

We booked with Viator on line from home in Canada, I’m always a bit apprehensive of this, however, we were met at the. Huatulco airport righ on time by. A very friendly driver in a clean, comfortable car. The only concern. We have is that when we booked with Viator we did not get a return ticket or pick-up time. Hoping this also works smoothly.

Worst transportation company in Huatulco!!

Worst transportation company!!! They arrived late to pick me up at the airport and in the return they didn't showed up at the hotel telling lies and made me lose time arguing at the phone, finally I have to take a street taxi // La peor compañía de transporte, llegaron tarde a recogernos al aeropuerto y en el regreso nunca llegaron al hotel a recogernos diciendo pretextos y mentiras por teléfono, finalmente tuve que tomar un taxi para no perder el vuelo no obstante estaba el servicio pagado.
