The slides and water park itself wasn’t too bad however the floor was so hot our feet were burning and we couldn’t walk anywhere without being in pain and we wasn’t allowed to wear shoes. The food was okay. But the transfer was terrible we waited 40 minutes after the time we were given for pick up in the morning and had to get our hotel to ring them and then we waited an hour after given time for pick up at the end of the day only to be told that they couldn’t get through the security gate AFTER AN HOUR of waiting so we had to walk up and find them. Wouldn’t book this again.

Both our drivers to and from the water park were exceptional, very time efficient friendly professional, even with language barrier they tried their best, shukran also the water park it self has very big slides my teenage children also 9yr old loved it thoroughly, food was ok not bad but it ain’t maccy d’s lol

Provider forgot to pick us up

Water park itself is okay, couple of good slides , some normal ones. Issue was with provider who didnt show up, and did not react to what's app. After waiting for 40 minutes we have to call them and we found out they just forgot. Basically I can recommend you to take a taxi instead of such tours, you will avoid stress and it will be cheaper.

Great water park, lots of slide great for adults and kids alike, food was good however not much choice. Only down side was I was asked about dietary requirements and it was completely ignored and I had to ask the staff to sort something out for my coeliacs situation(gluten). Luckily the staff sorted it out for me and I gave them a tip. We arranged to be picked up at 4 and we weren't collected until 4.50pm which wasn't great.

Amazing water park. So much fun! The slides are amazing. Staff very friendly. Loved it. Only downfall is the food. I didn’t expect much anyways. Bring some snacks along with you! 5* water park 3* Food

The pickup and dropoff service was excellent, so was the Aqua park with their lunch! Only thing is, it was for us not allowed to swim in the big pool at the entrance, I guess that is the reason for colored wrist strap.

Es wird unter Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen geworben, damit man das bucht. Wir wollten in den Jungle Aqua Park und als Attraktion wird geworben mit Jungle Water World. Was war das Ergebnis: wir sind in der Makadi Water World gelandet und da wollten wir nicht hin. Wir haben einen 4-Jährigen Sohn und für ihn war da wenig dabei. Das Wasser bei den Attraktionen für die Kleinen war einfach so dermaßen kalt, dass man da einfach gar nicht rein wollte. Nie wieder. Die geringste Punkteanzahl hab ich nur deshalb nicht gegeben, weil die Rutschen selbst und der Park an sich eigentlich wirklich gut sind. Er ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Essen ist wirklich wirklich schlecht. Deswegen braucht man nicht hinfahren.
