Very Fun and Informative experience

I have never done a cooking class before so this was a new experience for me. Fumi was the name of my instructor. Her home was very clean and she was very kind and hospitable. I was the only one who had booked the experience that day so I had a solo class. Fumi was well prepared with the work station ready and all the ingredients prepped for me to use. I got to prepare the dough for the ramen, measure out the ingredients, and cook everything, but the ingredients were ready for me. Fumi was very easy to talk to and she made me feel comfortable even though I had never done anything like this before. The food was delicious! She was very knowledgeable and explained some shortcuts to speed up the process when I do this at home. She explains about ingredients and how they are special in Japan. I learned a lot and had fun. Its an easy cooking class and great for beginners. I recommend this class.

Thank you for introducing the details of our ramen class! Even Japanese people rarely make ramen from scratch. I am very happy that you enjoyed your first cooking class with me. Try another cooking class next time! Fumi

Loved our Ramen Class

My husband and our two teenagers (son and daughter) attended the three ramen cooking class. If you love ramen, this is such a great way to learn how to make it. We had alot of fun and laughs making noodles from scratch to learning how to make the different broths and toppings for the ramen. We got to eat it at the end and all three were soooo delicious! We highly recommend this class, the instructor (forgot her name and her assistant) were so patient and kind. They taught us alot. We said we are coming home to open our own ramen shop here in Arizona. Lol! If you are in Osaka please book this class...you won't be disappointed. Thank you for a great 3 hours.
