Meh ... don't bother

The front desk person arrived a full 20 minutes late and didn't even bother to apologize for the delay. The "Turkish bath" part of the event is only the first 30 minutes. The rest is just a massage, which you can get at any place in any country, don't need to go to Istanbul for that. Save your money, there's tons of better things to do in Istanbul.

The experience was fantastic! A beautiful traditional building, attentive staff, excellent treatment. We went for the ottoman package and enjoy it a lot. Would definitely recommend this!

It was wonderful !!! I had never experienced a bath like that. It was fun. I was in the sauna then off to a scrub bath. I was then given a massage. It was worth every penny. You must do it.

Husband never had a facial or exfoliation and was pleasantly surprised how much he enjoyed it. Venue not easy to find. Staff very nice and accommodating. Great place for an authentic first Turkish bath at a good value.

We loved the traditional Turkish bath experience here so much that we visited twice while staying in Istanbul! We had a full package including the hot room, scrub, foam bath (which felt like being in a cloud!) and a 30min massage which was really worth it. The building itself is so old and beautiful, the staff is very nice and attentive, the place is very clean and the massages are good quality and adjusting to the pressure you ask for. They also offer complimentary water and tea to all guests to chill after the full experience. This is a super relaxing experience I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relax from all the city sightseeing and walking :)

I tipped - enough said! But serious note, really worth it. Did the sauna, scrub, foam and massage. It’s cozy, charming, easy to navigate. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The scrub and massage were epic! For a first timer, it was more than I imagined. Worth a visit!!

Good experience Hamam Istanbul

Super friendly stuff, however the traditional Hamam room is mixed and there are also single people. Massage is not very strong but relaxing. It was super fast and the rooms are not very comfy but old, not luxury or with relaxing flair. 6/10 for this Hamam.

We came in for the full package as a group of 3 welcomed by mohammed, it was my actual first time so I was a bit nervous but mohammed explained everything in English for me which was great, the masseues were not as well English spoken but did a great job, the building shows a lot of spirit and character I would definatley recommend if you're looking for authentic and originality

30 mins of scrub and massage 90 mins of relaxation

It wasn't worth the price requested. We washed yourself. Afterwards, the guy took 10 mins to scrub and put soap on. No head massage. Also the massage only consisted of putting the oil on your body and not really a massage. Face mask was a joke that u have to wash your own fsce

Sorry about bad process but firstly hamam is not massage place . hamam is cleaning body place . if you want quality massage . you should go Spa center. Secodly there is no head massage in our hamam . we have price list however there is available all process in the hamam . but no head massage. we dont provide head massage.
