the Turkish coffee making and spice market tour was great. It was short which fit my schedule. The tour guide - the owner actually - picked me up at the tram near my hotel. I was the only one on the tour so it was like having a personal tour. We went to a cute coffee shop and we made Turkish coffee together. We then took the tram to the spice market and a mosque. The guide walked to up to the Topakapi Palace afterwards so that I could do a few other things that afternoon. It was great to use the tram as it made it eas y for me to get around for little money. The guide also showed me where to buy the best coffee and the correct type of tea for Turkish tea. Overall, a great morning.
The tour guide was very friendly and the Rustem Pasha Mosque was beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I was hoping the guide would show the traditional way of making Turkish coffee, but instead an electric coffee pot was used and the breakfast meal was mediocre - BUT then, the tour guide was extremely friendly and over extended his guidance by touring us around even more around the area. He also paid for our taxi back to where we were staying. The tour guide was wonderful, but the breakfast needs some improving.
