By far our favourite, again we were required to go to a carpet maker with hard selling to buy 5000 USD carpets, Dinner with the Family was the highlight. A true please and memories for a lifetime
Great tour guide. Informative and knowledgeable with great English. Well versed not only in history but in art, architecture and about the city and life styles of Agra.
Our tour guide (Krishna) and driver was very helpful and took care of us in all way. It was a convenient trip to see the magnificent Taj mahal and Agra!

The driver was excelent (Pratap), very Punctual and predisposed.
The guide was more intrested to sell me things extra tour, and he force me to give hil a fixed tipmfor each tour.
Would definitely use again. Our driver went out of his way to return a package that was left behind in the car and confirmed the package had been received. Outstanding service
I was time poor and in Jaipur and desperately wanted to see the Taj Mahal. I was traveling by myself and the driver was so sweet and l felt so safe sleeping most of the way. I was very impressed with his driving skills through heavy traffic and some badly maintain roads. The rest stop used on the trip there and back serves good food and is clean albeit tourist prices but there is nothing else around so you have no other option. We met a lovely tour guide in Agra, he was so knowledgeable and passionate of the area and the Taj Mahal. He definitely enhanced my experience. I would definitely give 5 stars to this tour, I only wish I had longer to explore this amazing city.
I had a really great experience during my Taj Mahal and Agra Tour. Both the guide and the driver were really responsible and attentive. Finally, for those who want to shopping, the guide knows very good places to visit. Thank you all for my incredible experience!!
We booked this tour and also the night tour and we had such a fabulous time!! The first time we met our guide, Bharat, on the Night Tour we absolutely loved him and hoped he would be our guide on our second tour to Agra- which he was thankfully! He is one of the friendliest people we have ever met, he really took care of us and made us feel safe which is one of my main priorities when I go travel. He is very knowledgeable about the places we went to and about his country, explained more than we expected on our tours and happily answered any questions that we had. Needless to say, we were never bored with Bharat! We even felt comfortable enough with him to keep in contact even after our tours asking for advice and recommendations for our trip and he was happy to help us. His positivity was really refreshing and I'm more than happy to say I gained a friend in India.
The trip with Bharat and Arif was a delight! Bharat is an experienced driver and is very capable of navigating through the chaotic Indian traffic! He played us an array of Indian music - from folk to pop - he was well informed in so many different areas...we were never bored on our four trip from Jaipur to Agra! Arif - a passionate resident of Agra - who lives right next to the Taj Mahal - gave us a very informative tour of The Taj - and through his eyes we were able to capture the beauty and the love behind the breathtaking building. I highly recommend this very capable duo to take you on the magic journey to Agra!
We had an amazing time on this tour. Our driver, Bharat, was a very nice and always had a smile on his face. His attitude helped us keep positive throughout the long and very hot (summer time) trip from Jaipur to Agra and back. Our tour guide did a great job as well at the Taj. Definitely recommend.
I contracted through Viator a tour from Jaipur to Agra. The day before the tour I arrived at Jaipur a beautiful city and a must-see experience at India, by the way and called unseenindia. During the call I learned that the tour to Agra was in jeopardy because there was a social protest by a caste, which was blocking the main connections between Jaipur and Agra bus, cars and train services. Later in the day, the luck seemed to change because the roads were announced to be opened, so the next day 15 minutes earlier, the driver came to my hotel to pick me up in a comfortable car in an excellent condition. We started our trip to Agra but just a fourth of the way there we found the road blocked again. Fortunately, my driver talked to the police and found an alternate road that was safe and feasible. So, off we went through this detour that went through small villages with a road that for a better part was in such unmaintained conditions that was reduced to gravel and deep potholes. Nevertheless, this part of the trip was for me better that if we had gone through the main road because I could see a little bit of the real rural India and it was amazing. Eventually, we drove around the road blockage and got back to main road and Agra. This wouldnt have been possible if it wasnt for the experience of the driver. It wasnt just the skill to negotiate the road in poor condition which for him I imagine was nothing because he has driven the famous roads of northern India, featured in the TV show Ice Road Truckers-Himalaya but the ability to talk to police and locals in their own dialect and mannerisms. In short, the tour could have easily not happened because the driver could have decided many times to turn around but instead he went well above and beyond his obligation and kept working on making the tour happen because, as he put it I had traveled all the way from USA to see the Taj Mahal and he didnt want me to be disappointed because of a social protest.
The driver was wonderful, and drove us in his modern Volkswagen to Agra brilliantly. No worries there. The 'hustorian' guide, however, was not what we expected. He seemed disinterested both in us and in the Taj Mahal, in his dark glasses and bomber jacket. He rushed us round the Taj Mahal stunning, it must be admitted, before bundling us back into the car and taking us to a carpet seller's where he expected us rich tourists to buy merchandise on which he would make a commission. Having failed there, he took us to a very touristy and expensive restaurant, presumably in further search of commission. After lunch, he decided that there was too much traffic to see anything else, so we drove past Agra Fort, dropped this man off somewhere, and drove home. Altoghether a disappointment. I can understand the desire for endless commission if this was a cheap tour, but it wasn't - it was through a reputable, and not inexpensive tour company who promised lots and, in the end, delivered little. I hope that this helps people in the future. I hope that the company is listening.
Driver service was fine...tour guide didn't provide a lot of info at the sight, tried to make me write a TripAdvisor review of him while we were in the Agra fort so beware of overly positive trip advisor reviews, tried to convince me not to go to Agra fort so he didn't have to spend more time showing me around we can just take a picture outside if you want which I would've hated to miss, and took me to 3 different tourist trap places where it's literally just a store and there is high pressure to buy something, even after I asked not to be taken to the 3rd after going to the first 2. Clearly he makes a commission off of sales at these places, and even asked me how much I spent at one of them. I know this is something tour guides do in India, but didn't expect it of a tour I paid 150 for. Also tried to refer me to a specific photographer to pay for photos inside the Taj Mahal. In the guide's defense, when I said I didn't want to buy photos, he was happy to take plenty of me on my phone. It was still a fun day, but I was overall a bit disappointed. The sites are amazing though, and you should definitely see them.
The driver was amazing - and the tour was well organised. But its a very long drive, and The Taj Mahal was a little disappointing. Agra fort was much more interesting - and the guide was good.
Only 1hr at the Taj Mahal - not 2. Only 30mins at Agra Fort - not 1hr. Didn't get to visit anything else on the tour with the exception of a carpet shop which was unrelated and a precious stone shop - only for the hard sell. Was home for 5pm - not the stated 8pm. Very rushed. Do it yourself instead.
The driver provided did not speak or understand a word of English. The guide at the Taj Mahal was excellent. Having to travel with someone for 11 hours in a car who cannot answer a question is unacceptable.
