The arrangements were good! Our tour guide picked us up from our hotel and took us back to the hotel after the trip. We were taken to many different beautiful attractions and UNESCO world heritage sites in a hot summer day in an air-conditioned 7-seater in one day. It saved me a lot of time from finding the locations. We were very fortunate to see the Haenyeo the female divers in Jeju. Our tourist guide, Sara, was very thoughtful. She checked our meal preferences in advance and arranged a vegetarian meal for me. I would not be able to make all these arrangements easily by myself. I had a wonderful day!
Sarah gave very detailed explanation of Jeju. She was friendly and nice. The places we visited were amazing and astonishing.
It was an amazing tour. The guide spoke excellent English and she was kind. She was very responsible and took good care of us. I will definitely reserve another tour if I get a chance to visit Jeju again.
Great experience with David/ Tae-Hyung as guide. It ended up being just two of us, which made it really cool. It rained all day, but we had a great time going to an awesome beach, the Lava tube cave, a great lunch, good morning peak, the diving women show, the green tea foot massage place and some random really cool forest whose name I can't recall but it was definitely worth experiencing.
Tour guide Michael was very friendly and full on interesting facts!
Great tour and friendly and funny guide. The tour was well organized and I've learned a lot about Jeju and its culture.
The tour is very informative and well arranged. We managed to visited few places tho the itinerary was a bit tight. The lunch is delicious! It is a nice choice if traveling alone and would like to explore more in one day. The transportation is not very convenient in Jeju, thus it's far much better to have a guide and private car traveling around.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable and made the trip fun inspite of the heavy rain and wind we are experiencing. Although I would like our spa experience to be the last in our venue and then back to the hotel . Thank you for a wonderful short stay at Jeju.
we miss the Unesco tour , due to our flight delay but we still catch up with Volcano tour in Jeju only west part Jeju
therefore next time will be continue

This tour is very nice and I was the only one booking that day so I had it like being private.
Everything visited was amazing except the beach at the start, not that is not worth it being there on a sunny day, but cloudy and windy as it was, the beach seemed uninteresting ting to see
David, my driver and guide was great the whole day through
This trip is nice if you're too lazy to organise something yourself or in particular don't have car. You get to see great places in Jeju but there's no real added value.
The tour guide is nice and friendly. We had a good time. Be ready to walk a lot during this trip.
Tour guide Rachel Ko was excellent and very friendly, but I was disappointed that the HaeNyeo performance of women divers was not operating due to rough sea. My understanding is that 50 of the time that this tour is operated the women divers are not performing because of weather conditions, so try to book this tour for a day where the weather conditions are good.
Overall, it was a fun trip and caring tour guide. Mount Seongsan has a breathtaking view and good experience in the lava tube.
On a ten star system I would rate it a 7. The tour was more our guide as a shepherdess taking her flock of sheep here and there. The initial beach stop was uninspiring. The Manjanggul lava tube was excellent, cool in more ways than one. You sensed the power of Mother Nature. The marinated pork feature at lunch was nothing more than typical Korean fare. At Seongsan Ichulbong, took the chance to climb to the top of the extinct volcano less than 20M but the clouds made for so so pix. A stop at Daheeyeon for a self-administered green tea foot massage was fun and try some green tea ice cream in an old lava tube cafe. The final event was a short walk in a sacred forest but it was too short. I would drop the beach bit, have lunch at a different restaurant after Seongsan Ichulbon, spend a bit less time waiting around at Daheeyeon and allow time for a longer walk in the sacred forest. The overall trip was about 9H.
Tour was ok, but it was clear to us that the guide didn't feel like putting in the effort to give us a good experience. This kind of ruins a day which could have been really fun. English was poor: guide knew only the story to tell, and couldn't really reply to questions or anything but the standard story. And we were not able to hear her well over the speakers. Protip: get rid of the microphone. in a small SUV it's not hard to hear eachother.
The selection of things to see was very good. Our guide was terrible. We were in the back seat and she talked to the front windshield. Thick accent, very difficult to understand especially since she was not talking to us. I asked her to speak louder, but she did not. Price was right
The guide was more interested in corralling people, and herding us along rather than explaining things. Secondly the folk village was a big disappointment. I was expecting to see and experience a traditional Korea folk village and what I got was a glorified sales pitch. I also was not happy about how I had to take the bus over an hour to make it back to my hotel. Lastly if the tour is going to last for 12 hours please list it in the description, and or make it more clear.
