Excellent guide who was both informativ and engaging. The weather was terrible but the time flew by. Highly recommended.

This was my favorite tour while in Jerusalem. Going through Hezekiahs Tunnel was really neat and I recommend it. The water level did reach my thighs Im 52 but only for a brief moment. Oren was very energetic, well-informed, and the perfect tour guide.
Just marvelous, I'd recommend this tour to everyone. As a matter of fact, I'm going to take the tour again, next time when I'm in Jerusalem!
Really interesting and great, well-informed guide- definitely worthwhile! The coolest part was trekking through Hezekiah's Tunnels- an underground system that was built to divert a water source to the other side of the mountain. The water still flows and you will get wet- perhaps to your waist- recommend some kind of water shoes or sandals. If you're taller, watch your head, because the ceiling is very low in places. And definitely bring a flashlight- it's pitch black without- they sell throw-aways at the ticket booth.
The tour guide was funny, intelligent and very engaging. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this trip!
The tour was brilliant, provided by a qualified tour guide. The speed with which he spoke and moved the tour along was just right for everybody, none felt rushed or got bored through certain parts of the tour. He was well organised and offered a spare head torch to one of us. The guide was very knowledgeable, with good sense of humour, too. Facts were accurate and all questions asked were answered. At the end of the tour our guide offered to those who were interest to walk with him through other tunnels back to the place where we started tour ends not in at the start point, so we had an additional tour free of charge!!!
And last but not least - we were in Jerusalem in May when temperature reached plus 37 C. Tunnels tour was just a perfect choice.
Super, highly recommended.
Our guide, who - together with other young adults doing 'general service' - lives at that spot was brilliant!! Really, she created an atmosphere of interaction, enthousiasm, obviously she knew everything in great detail of all there is to see and she is able to connect it all very vividly to passages of the Old Testament Bible / Tenach. Very interesting, sometimes even moving! Thanks again!
Worth every penny. Wished we could have done the water tunnel tracking but it was winter and we didn't come prepared. The tour guide encouraged us to do it but we were just not prepared. We had our mobile phones and wore jeans and did not wear the right shoes. We also didnt bring change of clothes. But will surely do it someday.
The torchlight were 10NIS each although it clearly mentioned 5NIS on the viator site. Besides that, it was all good.
Amazing tour, Daniella was very passionate and had a lot of pride in what she was doing and explained everything to the best of her knowledge, I went on the dry path but I think wet path is more fun and interesting.
A highlight - Must-Do activity in Jerusalem. The City of David IS the original Jerusalem. My guide was a young energetic knowledgeable fellow who gave a thorough explanation of this amazing site. The walk through Hezekiah's Tunnel was the highlight. I took a good flashlight and water shoes. My shorts dried in 10 minutes.
thank you viator for great tour. This tour is recommended for lovers of history and also great for kids who can follow in water tunnel - great fun . Book this tour if like to see only remains of old Jerusalem.
We have been to Israel several times and never knew about this ancient part of Jerusalem. Our guide Nadav was terrific and we had an amazing experience on this tour.
O Tour foi excelente! Ao chegar na cidade de Davi, troquei o voucher pelo ticket sem o menor problema. A guia foi super simpática. O passeio dura em média 2h30 e é um mergulho na história de Israel, especificamente na história da cidade de Davi! Valeu a pena!

The tour leader had a good knowledge of the site. The cost of the tour was very reasonable. I recommend sandals and shorts if you plan to get wet.
After having walked an hour to get here because the bus didn't show up, we were already exhausted and 5 minutes late. When we went to the window to claim our tickets that were reserved online ahead of time, they had no such reservation under my name. I gave them the confirmation number and that did not help. They never did find our reservation. I have booked other trips with Viator for this week and I sure hope we don't have the same experience. By the time we connected with the group, there were not enough seats for the two of us to sit together. It was difficult to hear the tour guide unless you were right next to her. We were not told ahead of time that we needed a flashlight. I saw them at the counter when we checked in, but they were not mentioned to us.
no mention on viator that you have to go and collect a wristband to start the tour. so we went with viator instructions which stated that electronic pass is fine to use. anyway the tour was interesting but the tunnels are hot so not cool as you would expect it to be underground. its very stuffy but fun for kids who would want to walk through almost 1/2metre waist high water. we skipped most of the tour.
