Chef Nadi was fantastic. So generous with his time and a great personality.

This was the highlight of our trip to Bali. We were picked up by Chef Nadi from our hotel and taken to a local market followed by the fish markets. We headed back via a ceramics store and had a great time in the kitchen of a stunning villa complex where we made 5 amazing dishes and sat down to eat!
