Half-Day Tour to Mendenhall Glacier and King Crab from Juneau

I arrived at Mount Roberts tramway (meeting point) at 12:30 pm, and then I meet a miss from Juneau Tours, explaining her that I did not print or unload my ticket, but with the Booking Reference BR-719435456, she was able to to get to my booking and told her that I still had time to unload or print my ticket in the Juneau Library internet service, but she told me that was not necessary. So we went to the tour and when we came back to Mount Roberts Tramway, I asked the bus driver about the King Crab meal that was included in my tour and told me to go to the restaurant with my ticket, but I don't have my ticket because the person from Juneau Tours told me it was not necessary, he told me that nobody from the tour was there so the ticket was necessary. By that time the Juneau Library was closed so I couldn't unload the ticket and the restaurant told me they needded the ticket. So I didn't get what I have paid for and Juneau Tours did not pay my meal to the restaurant because I couldn´t show the ticket, that the people from Juneau Tours told me it was not necessary. I paid $207.90 for 2 adults including the King Crab meal at Tracy's restaurant but I didn't get it becuse of the wrong indications of Juneau Tours personnel. I have been a regular customer for Viator, a tour in Puesto Vallarta, Mexico, and the one In Skagway (BR-719436052); the tours have been really good save for this one. It seems to me that is fair to get a refund of the part of the King CRab meal I didn't get as I explained before, Thank you.

Our tour guide was okay - not great - but we loved the walk to/from Nugget Falls! The cold rainy day reactivated the arthritis in my right foot that’s been absent for 2 decades but, even with that (lasted 36 hours), I wouldn’t trade this gorgeous walk with my son for anything!

Due to construction we were unable to visit Douglas island but had a great visit to the Glacier. I assume King Crab was on Douglas island because we did not see anything related to that.

Very nice tour !! Beautiful nature ! Great views !! Nice walk to the Glacier .The atmosphere in King Crab was superb. We enjoyed everything.

Great time, Ross was a great guide and driver. Had lots of local knowledge and was more than willing to share. Tour size of 12 was perfect. Food at Tracy’s was the best

We had a special day and our driver, Vince, helped to create the joy! He took us to the glacier and to some of his favorite places . We witnessed the fabulous whale scupture and salmon run. Tracy`s was a Great!

It was a good trip out to the glacier with a number of tips on what to do there. The glacier and area was great and bears were around as the salmon were running. The King Crab lunch was different having not had such a meal where we live. We were helped by locals and enjoyed the experience.

Had a great time. Tour guide was very informative. Glacier was neat to see and the hike to Nugget Falls was easy. Great deal with going to Tracy's King Crab place after the Glacier...

The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and the glacier, also took us a little out of the way of his route to see all the bald eagles hanging around the salmon hatchery. The crab feast was very tasty at Tracy's.

Great excursion. You can hike for great views or take it easy and still enjoy the scenery. Topped off with a delicious king crab dinner.
