Circuit a réaliser le premier jour de votre arrivée ou par temps de pluie

Nous avons été pris en charge à notre hôtel, presqu'à l'heure prévue par une guide fort sympathique et un chauffeur. Le circuit préparé n'a rien d'extraordinaire en soi et aurait pu être fait par nos propres moyens. On s'attendait à une présentation d'Entebbe sous un regard plus authentique mais nous sommes passés d'un lieu à un autre comme un véritable bus de touriste de croisière. Nous avons dû payer 100 euros supplémentaire pour un mini exploration du lac avec peu de choses à voir. La visite du jardin botanique est insipide et sans intérêt et la collation au KFC peu approprié pour découvrir la nourriture locale.

Hi Alain, We thank you for having chosen Gazelle Safari Company and for taking time to give us your feedback. As you already know,there were several factors beyond our control that affected the trip. 1. It was a public holiday in the middle of the biggest festive season, Therefore there was a limit of local food restaurants and other activities. 2. It rained almost all day forcing us to proceed with the trip in such terrible weather. This is typically an outdoor experience that can be affected by weather conditions. 3. We received 50 Euro which is an equivalent of UGX 200,000 for boat hire. This is clearly stated in our terms an conditions before you book the trip. It is rather unfortunate that you did not enjoy the trip but we did our best under the circumstances.
