We had a fascinating and thoroughly enjoyable day with our guide Nozomi. She was knowledgeable, generous, and fun to walk with. We got some great insights into both geisha and samurai culture. A very memorable and worthwhile experience!

Our tour guide, Reiko was amazing! When she realized our mobility limitations, Reiko immediately arranged for a taxi service and a wheelchair for my elderly mother at the Kenrokuen Gardens and the castle grounds. The gardens are beautiful, and seeing the original structures in the Geisha and Samurai districts was amazing. Reiko is a very caring, thoughtful guide, and I highly recommend her and this tour.
