Amazing tour. The guide was soo cheerful and lively all through - The speed boat experince was awesome Advice - If you dont mind the boat hitting the water's up n down - go for the front side of the boat The Islands were beautiful but crowded like hell :P the entire folks from Phuket also comes down to these beaches. But well, can't complain. Go for it.:

This tour is really beautiful and a good value.
We would have appreciated if the guide Mr Jo had given more information in an audible way without the noise of running engines.

The day tour was great to Phi Phi Islands.....the only negative was there are approximately 50 tour boats at a time and tons of tourists!! Very overcrowded!

Out of all of the days I spent vacationing in Thailand, the day spent on this boat trip was hands down my favorite!!! Our tour guide June was the best. The buffet lunch included was delicious. The pick up and drop off from our hostel was very smooth and the whole trip was well organized. The snorkeling was probably the most fun thing. We were given enough time at each island to really enjoy it and soak up the sun. I got so many great pictures from the adventure and I will definitely coming back to Thailand to do it again. The only downside is that our boat was a bit crowded than I had expected, 36 people.

Our boat tour in Krabi started off a bit rocky - it was pouring rain, we weren't able to go out to Phi Phi Island due to the choppy waters, and our driver was 15 minutes late in picking us up from our resort. Sounds like a disaster, right?

Well, luckily the tour leader at Sea Eagle - a fellow named Sam who was short in stature but long on personality - redeemed our experience entirely. Despite the rain which was literally torrential at almost every moment of the 5-hour tour, Sam was cheerful, helpful, and extremely concerned for the well-being of everyone on the tour. He made sure everyone was as comfortable as possible given the circumstances and was never without a smile on his face.

Sea Eagle allowed us to rebook from our Phi Phi tour to a 4-Island tour safer given the storm without any rebooking fee or issue. We had a lovely time touring the islands, snorkeling in the warm waters in and around the islands, and enjoying the delicious Thai lunch prepared for us on Chicken Island.

Although we would truly like to see the islands in their full glory read: sunshine and warmth, Sea Eagle and Sam are top-notch tour operators and we would join them again in a minute. Thanks!

Well organised trip! Guide did speak English very well and the speedboat was new and clean. Of course the islands are very touristy but tour is recommended.

Our tour was organized by Sea Eagle tours. There was no intimation regarding the exact pick-up time. The bus in which the hotel drop-off and pick-up were done was not at all comfortable. The management was also poor. They had noted that the tour was booked for only 2 people whereas I had booked it for four. The speed boat was also not in a very good condition. The guide did not offer even water to drink.Refreshments were also served just post lunch when everyone was already full.
The first stop at bamboo island was good.Thereafter we were taken to Maya beach for around an hour. There was absolutely nothing to do on the beach and there was a lot of rush.It was like a torture.Thereafter, we were shown some lagoons. All of them looked the same. The organizers were doing some time pass. Our lunch at Phi Phi islands was also very bad.
The only good part about the trip was snorkelling. The spot they chose was very nice.

Pickup from hotel little bit late and our tour guide not bring inside vicking cave, some of other service provider said can visit inside the cave . other than that journey very nice and friendly tour guide. recommended to provide additional hour to stay in phi phi island.

I wish there was more snorkeling as the description indicated...a number of the spots were really just sailing past a site, and it left a little to be desired. Maya Beach was extremely crowded, and it felt like we went from one tourist destination to the next. We technically covered all of the spots indicated, but it didn't seem like what we were expecting. The tour company we were placed with was actually cheaper than what we booked, and the viator price guarantee came in handy.

Took the Phi Phi Island Tour on Christmas day 2016 and it was a great way to spend Christmas! The weather was good meaning no rain and the sights were amazing! Going out to the first location seemed like forever and don't forget the Dramamine if you get sea sick easily. The sights are all touristy so be prepared to share...hehe.

My review is for the specific boat/guide we had. Our guide was Jimmy and he was trying to be funny, but his jokes come off as rude and demeaning. The worst part was in the end he put everyone on the spot by passing around the tip jar in front of everyone and it made a lot of people feel awkward. Next time, aside from our guide, I would just pay a little more and get the private boat tour. Seems like there's more flexibility as far as time to stay as long as you want in certain places and for space... your group gets the whole boat to yourselves... It'll make a difference when the stranger next to you keeps violating your personal space on the boat and basically you're fighting for butt space when the boat's in motion :

Worst tour we have ever taken. Boat was seriously overcrowded. Impossible to sit comfortably. Crushed on all sides. Littered with life vests/snorkels - dangerous. Boat made one toilet stop. Unacceptable. Guide spoke little English - incomprehensible. Boat didn and #39;t ever stop at Maya Bay! A disgrace!!!
