One thing needs to be said from the start: this tour DOES NOT leave from Krabi. You will be picked up from any hotel in Krabi by a very nice driver with an AC van but driven 2 hours away to a pier up north. Then a boat trip for about 70-80 minutes to the islands.
However, the islands, the beaches and the snorkeling are bang on, you will travel with 30 other people and it does feel slightly rushed at times but overall a great experience.
Okay so first is first, this trip is wayyyyy too expensive on here. Wait until you get to where you are going and there will be plenty of places that can book trips like these cheaper. Secondly, I highly suggest you don't book this if your hotel is in Krabi, especially Railay. We stayed in Railay and had to take a boat to get to the Ao Nam Mao pier at 6 AM to meet up with our driver. Then the driver drove 2 hours to another pier where they feed you a small good breakfast and then from there you get on a boat that takes you an hour more to get to the Islands. Once you to get the islands, you snorkel for 30 min at one location, go to an overcrowded small beach island for an hour, then snorkel 30 min at another location which goes by really quick I must add. Finally your last location is an OVERLY crowded Chinese Tourists beautiful island. We stayed at the last island for maybe a little under 2 hours where they served us lunch and refreshments. After lunch you were welcome to explore/sunbathe for the remaining time. After this island you go back to the pier 1 hour away and then eat a small dinner and get taken back to your place in Krabi/Railay 2 or more hours on way back Overall it was extremely rushed, extremely crowded and we spent more time traveling to and from the locations than actually getting to enjoy it.
