This was so much fun, and I'm really glad we did it at he start of our holiday as it made us more adventurous when eating out for the rest of the trip. The school is well organised with plenty of staff. They clear away for you as you go along so all your time can be spent making as many dishes as possible. Everything we made was delicious, and great to take the leftovers home too. I would highly recommend this trip. No real prior cookery knowledge necessary.

Best cooking class ever! It was just the four of us, and it was amazing. We got to make so many dishes! We started with a basic curry paste and turned it in to four different types. There was the main chef, as well as two helpers, which was perfect because they were able to help my kids. I cannot recommend this class enough, it was the highlight of our trip. Great way to spend a rainy afternoon.
