Excellent tour guide. The tour itself is well paced, but prepare yourself for a very moving experience.
This is a must when visiting Kraków. Made what happened very real and is something that should never be forgotten. The whole tour was respectful to the memories of the people who had lived and died here and was very sensitively done.
This is a must do. Understandably sad but so educational and my friends and I are really glad we went. If this was part of everyone's education maybe there would be far less inhumanity in the world. The sad thing is that genocide still goes on. Will we never learn!
A minibus picked us up at our hotel and took us to the pickup point for the coach. The coach journey to Auschwitz was good with an introductionary video en-route. The guided tour was very tastefully done. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions.
We left our hotel at 8:30am and returned at 4:30pm. The tour of the two camps took about 4hrs. We fully recommend this to everyone.
We took the trip on 11th Feb 2017. Very well put together tour with a variety of information and exhibitions. Our guide, Magdalena was superb. So informative and respectful. Would highly recommend this trip rather than exploring on your own.
tour was amazing and was a complete eye opener was very touching too and the tour guide was great
Really was the best experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and respectful in her delivery of the information.
Would absolutely recommend this tour. The documentary we watched on the way there was also very interesting.
A visit that I think everyone should experience at least once - the vastness is mind blowing and that it was done so recently right in the centre of Europe is incredible - the tour itself was extremely well organised - we were there the day after the commemoration of the Liberation of Auschwitz - it was very very busy and in some ways I found have preferred some time to reflect on it while i was there as opposed to being moved quite swiftly from place to place
Extremely moving. We went in the height of winter so to experience that with what these prisoners felt was very sombre. Our guide was outstanding and opened our eyes to the horrors.
Although this was the least exciting tour I have ever been on, it was very well organized and I learned a great deal. The bus rides were very comfortable and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and easy to listen to during the tour. I really received the full Auschwitz experience.
Very emotional and educational trip. Film on the bus going prepared you for the day - everyone should do this trip sometime in their life to understand about Auschwitz.

Such a fantastic tour. The guide was brilliant , offering such an insight. One of the trips that I will never forget.
Good trip, very informative and well organised. Guide was informative as was documentary on coach.
This was an excellent tour and organization for one of the most profound travel experiences I have ever had. My wife and I went with our two children, and this tour did a great job of being well organized, respectful of all members of our party regardless of background, and allowed for enough time to process and appreciate this tragic historical site.
This was an amazing trip, cannot recommend highly enough!
The guide was excellent. Her English was perfect and her knowledge was amazing and she really brought things to life.
I think it would be advisable to tell people they may need a packed lunch because if they didn't research carefully they may not be prepared, and calling it a half day trip is quite misleading as it is realistically almost a full day.
Having done the salt mines on a different day, I think doing the 2 together would be a mistake as there would not be enough time to get the most from both venues.
this was a very interesting tour, we were picked up prompt and looked after all the way. the tour itself is very sad and humbling, it is hard to imagine what these poor people had to endure, but the tour gives you a good insight into the horrible living conditions there, the tour guides were really good and passionate about the place.
Really enjoyed this trip if that's is the right word. The tour company was great, punctual and courteous. We had a really good guide at the camp, willing to answer lots of questions and very knowledgable. Others have said that it can be rushed but I felt we had enough time. The rep who accompanied us made sure that there was time for comfort breaks etc. I would definitely recommend this trip.
This tour was Amazing! Our guide was awesome and very knowledgeable. The only downside to visiting this place and this has nothing to do with the tour, were the amount of people they let in to visit every day. Takes it away from the feeling of the place. Another thing that was disappointing were the amount of people taking selfies....Very disrespectful
