Such a fantastic tour. The guide was brilliant , offering such an insight. One of the trips that I will never forget.
Good trip, very informative and well organised. Guide was informative as was documentary on coach.
This was an excellent tour and organization for one of the most profound travel experiences I have ever had. My wife and I went with our two children, and this tour did a great job of being well organized, respectful of all members of our party regardless of background, and allowed for enough time to process and appreciate this tragic historical site.
This was an amazing trip, cannot recommend highly enough!
The guide was excellent. Her English was perfect and her knowledge was amazing and she really brought things to life.
I think it would be advisable to tell people they may need a packed lunch because if they didn't research carefully they may not be prepared, and calling it a half day trip is quite misleading as it is realistically almost a full day.
Having done the salt mines on a different day, I think doing the 2 together would be a mistake as there would not be enough time to get the most from both venues.
this was a very interesting tour, we were picked up prompt and looked after all the way. the tour itself is very sad and humbling, it is hard to imagine what these poor people had to endure, but the tour gives you a good insight into the horrible living conditions there, the tour guides were really good and passionate about the place.
Really enjoyed this trip if that's is the right word. The tour company was great, punctual and courteous. We had a really good guide at the camp, willing to answer lots of questions and very knowledgable. Others have said that it can be rushed but I felt we had enough time. The rep who accompanied us made sure that there was time for comfort breaks etc. I would definitely recommend this trip.
This tour was Amazing! Our guide was awesome and very knowledgeable. The only downside to visiting this place and this has nothing to do with the tour, were the amount of people they let in to visit every day. Takes it away from the feeling of the place. Another thing that was disappointing were the amount of people taking selfies....Very disrespectful
Words can't describe how moving this day was... Our tour guide was thoughtful, respectful and willing to answer any questions.
It's a long day with little breaks so do bring some snacks with you.
This was a harrowing experience that everyone should think about taking part in.
This is a very well tour, though because of its nature, very harrowing. I am glad that I went and could not fault the tour
Such a place of sadness and yet a must-see to comprehend a little more the horror of the atrocities that the people had suffered.
Excellent guide - knowledgeable and informative.
Really well run trip, with knowledgeable guides who were able to convey the true horror of the place. It would have been good to have a little more time at the end to look in the book shop. A must do trip when in Kraków
We have always wanted to do this tour and we are so glad that we did.
It was very informative and opened our eyes as to what went on at Aushwitz
A truly memorable trip. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and in a very respectful manner.
Very convenient pickup and drop off local to our accommodation, harrowing film on the journey explaining the liberation of Auschwitz. Visits to Auschwitz I and Auschwitz Birkenau very moving and a must-do to ensure this never happens again.
The guide we had at the museum was really good, very informative and professional
Pick up and drop off by the tour company was first class, would definitely recommend
Excellent pick up and drop off service
Would highly recommend visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau through the tour, you cut the huge queue and go straight to the entrance with the tour guide and get headphones so you can hear them throughout the tour. Take an umbrella! Lots of walking.
Very moving and interesting experience.
Great organization, we were picked up near our hostel at exact time. Ana was our guide, very profesional and informative.
We had heard a lot about the Holocaust but until we visited Auschwitz the full horror of events had not hit home. But here you cannot fail to be appalled at the sheer brutality of the men who ran these camps. It is a most sobering and thought-provoking place and we should be grateful that it has been turned into a museum so that the world never forgets the atrocities committed during World War 2 by this regime.
