We booked this visit online before we went and the pick up from the Hotel was on time and the trip to it was made more interesting by showing us a video of the Holocaust etc and the history of both Austwichz and Birkenau camps. On arrival we joined our tour guide and was taken round both sites in the time allowed. The girl who took us round was very knowledgeable and answered all questions with the utmost reverence to the sites and their horrors of the past. She was a pleasure to have been with but she vanished at the end of the tour in the darkness so I couldn't tip her. The whole day was well organized and professionally done by all concerned, well done all.

A somber experience that is a must for anyone who respects history. It's possible to tour the grounds on your own but it is much better with someone to give life to the tragic stories. Never forget what happened here!!!!

This is one of the most important places to visit. How can we imagine that such a place ever existed? How can we ensure it would never happen again? The tour is a sobering experience, but it is excellent. The guide we maintained the perfect tone and provided an educational experience that allowed us to learn so much.

A very moving and humbling experience. Everyone should visit at least once in they're life time. A time to reflect and remember those that suffered. Our Guide was excellent and told the story of Aushcwitz with compassion

The bus driver was at our hotel Sheraton 10 minutes early. We got to Auschwitz very early and were able to use the WC before the tour and even get a cup of coffee. Our tour leader was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable and her voice showed her empathy. All in all this was an amazing tour and so glad we chose this company. Only down side was the driver texting and driving! Ugh thought that was an American thing - guess not!

Extraordinary experience with an informed guide so respectful of the lives lost in the concentration camps. Driver on time for pickup and also very pleasurably. Recommend mornings for the tour.

Everyone should visit so it can't happen again - the reality of the awful injustice and inhumane deeds against all those who suffered hits home like a sledge hammer.

Even if is something that cannot be described in words, I can say that it was a very emotional and unforgettable experience. This two locations are a must see once in a lifetime because they represent a page of history.
