The whole trip from pickup at the hotel to being dropped off at the end of the day was brilliant . And the guide passed on lots of facts . Gave time for the facts to sinkin before she carried on . When somebody asked a question that she didn't know the answer to , she told us after the break . I have passed your details on to somebody who is planning to come later in the year

Picked up at our hotel by mini coach which was modern, clean and warm. The driver and guide from Discover Cracow were courteous and kept us informed about the process and plan for the trip. On arrival at Auschwitz museum we were introduced to our guide who was extremely passionate and respectful during the whole experience. This visit was the main reason we came to Krakow and it was heartening to see the vast numbers of people of all nationalities paying respect and homage to all the souls that perished there. The Birkenau site is so haunting in its bleakness and desolation. You cannot fail to be affected, moved and desperately sad. I would have liked a little more time, to visit the bookstore and information centre but due to numbers that pass through the site I understand why this wasnt possible.

This was our first time in Poland and this was quite a memorable tour. Our Tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and informative when walking us through both sites. The tour company was easy to find and very helpful too. I would definitely recommend bringing lunch with you as this place can be packed and there are not many options for food.
