Booked for Partner's 30th so not my bag. But even i thoroughly enjoyed it. The salt mines were beautiful. Auschwitz was harrowing, but really interesting and our guide was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

We had an amazing experience, our driver was lovely, our guide was very informative and answered all questions asked. It was very moving seeing the conditions humans had to encounter. A trip never to be forgotten.

Early start to fit both attractions in but worth it Salt mine was worth going to, but you only need to go once in your lifetime! Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau were amazing with the tour guide. A great day out - thank you

Never forgotten

Very well organised. Fast paced although maybe a little too fast. Salt mines first. They were really good then back to Krakow to pick others up for Auschwitz and birkenau. Both places are very emotional. One little red shoe among thousands I will keep within me forever. The only real food break was at the end so having nearly 8 hours without a break for food was tough. Be prepared for loads of walking but on the whole very good

Good and bad

Driver was fine but guide at Auschwitz was VERY hard to understand and seemed that she was a talking machine - absolutely no enthusiasm in her voice AT ALL. She practically almost ruined the first part of the trip. The company at Auschwitz behind the guided tours should at least be testing the staff for their language skills. The trip to the salt mines was amazing. Surprised of how big it was. Great guide who was enthusiastic about his job. Only 3 stars because of the bad experience at Auschwitz I and II. Had been looking forward to this experience for many years.
