We LOVED everything about these 2 tours - - knowledgeable tour guides, comfortable transportation, small group - I highly recommend!
Guides were fantastic, had good knowledge of the places.
It was a little confusing to find the right bus as there were multiple buses at departure site,
however everything went well and all tours were done as promised.
Will recommend to anyone who's visiting Krakow.
incredible tour, I will remember it for life. We had a tour guide named David Kennedy, he was so knowledgeable and an incredible orator. I was blown away by it tbh.
Auschwitz-Birkenau brings the reality of what happened here to stark reality. The Salt Mine should go on everyone's bucket list. St Kinga's Chapel is awe-inspiring!
An excellent trip. Good pick up, comfortable transport. The guide in Auschwitz-Birkennau was superb
Great experience to see and be apart of. Do not recommend doing both tours in one day unless you have no other option. Both tours are long and do require a lot of walking. Please be advised the lift in the Salt Mines is an experience on its own. Highly recommend.

Both tours were very informative and the guides were very knowledgeable and knew every question put to them. Would recommend both tours to other travelers. Collection service to and from hotel was excellent from tour guides. A very good experience !!!
A good quality tour with ample time at each location and back to Krakow in time for afternoon beers. Efficient tour managers and location guides were excellent location guides not part of Viator. Highly recommended.
Both excellent trips - fascinating and harrowing in places. Would definitely recommend doing the tow separate trips - you can do both in a day but it would be very tiring!
The Salt Mines have to be seen to be believed!
Pick up and drop off at hotel was perfect, good guides and all stress free.
Because I was only in town for a couple days, doing these two tours in one day was perfect, although I definitely could have spent a whole day learning more about Auschwitz. All tour guides were very knowledgeable and we had mic/headphones so could hear everything easily. Tour of Auschwitz was very emotional, as is to be expected. And the salt mine was a one-of-a-kind experience.
The tour of both Auschwitz and the salt mines were amazing and will stay in our memories for a long time. Everything from pick up to entry to the sites went very smoothly and was hassle free. The tour guide was brilliant, his depth of knowledge really made the tour. Fantastic, a must do trip

Auschwitz and Birkenau were very sad placed but I learned a lot from the tour guide. She was very informative and knowledgeable about details of the victims and the camps.
The salt mine was incredible. Lots of steps but worth every one. The statues carved out of salt were amazingly beautiful. Definitely would recommend this tour.
Tour was excellent, very well arranged staff were really helpful and friendly it was a very sad but very well done tour
Amazing yet emotional experience. We had a fantastic tour guide also which made it better
Great day - both sights were most definitely worth coming half way around the world for and the tour was well organized.
Excellent tour guides who gave just the right amount of information.
A very long day but thoroughly worth the effort. Both sites excellent for very different reasons. The tour guides were very good and the bus to and from the venues very comfortable. We had an unexpected packed lunch provided which was a bonus.
A VERY long day but the guides at both Auschwitz-Birkenau he was especially respectful and informative
and the Salt Mine were EXCELLENT.
The camps are a MUST on anyone's visit to the region. We must not FORGET!
The Salt Mines are AMAZING.

Pick up from hotel on time. All transfers were in comfortable luxury coaches. We did both tours in one day which was a long day but not on bad. In fact, I'd recommend doing both on the same day. In the morning/early afternoon you see the absolute worst side of mankind at Auschwitz/Birkenau which is an interesting but ultimately harrowing experience. However, at the Wieliczka salt mines you see the ingenuity and collaborative brilliance of humankind. They are amazing. Far better than I'd imagined. There are beautiful chapels, lagoons and about 3.5km of mines about 100m below ground.
