Our tour guide was Conrad and he was absolutely brilliant. The walk was a steady pace and made the most of all sights. He made us love Krakow even more.
The tour was great, and our guide Jack was fantastic! He is clearly very passionate about his home town of Kraków, and made all of the history come alive with very interesting and entertaining stories. We walked for 3 hours in -10° Celsius, but the beautiful town and great guide made it so worth it!
TOUR GUIDE WAS VERY GOOD AND SHOWED US A LOT. WE WALKED FROM 2PM UNTIL PAST 5PM. IT WAS JUST GREAT
Great introduction to Krakow. Info was invaluable for venturing on our own over the next few days. Guide was informative and a pleasure to share a few hours with.
Delightful, informative guide, passionate about Kraków. First 2 hours excellent then rather too many churches.
Dorothy was well informed and very kind. There were only four of us in the group and we all enjoyed the break where we could share our experiences of life in Britain and Germany. Dorothy was very pleasant company and listened with interest to our views on Brexit! She had an excellent knowledge of the city and was obviously in love with it as she said she had moved to Krakow and stayed.
I would recommend this tour and especially Wawel castle which was fascinating.

A pleasant way to learn a little of this very nice city, however, a map would be helpful.
These walking tours are always very informative and give you a taste of what you could/should go back and explore further. I could have used another week here. Krakow is amazing!
A good introduction to Krakow and lots of information from our guide about the city's legends and tips on where to eat and have coffee. Good way to find out what you want to go back to visit in more depth.
The guide was very knowledgable freindly although cold did not hesitate to stop and inform the group on the history of the places on the walk.
I'm happy that I took the tour to learn about the history and unusual details of this beautiful city. However, our tour guide seemed a bit preoccupied and wasn't very personable.
This tour was very good. The guide knew the history of everything and was open to all questions
Enjoyed the tour and the guide was very good, speaking excellent English. Not happy about her turning up late as the whole group were standing around in the cold for at least 30 minutes(because information said to be there 10 minutes early and then guide was 20 minutes late!) Definately worth doing
This tour could have been good had we had a better guide. Unfortunately, the best our guide could do was to string together a handful of facts of every place we stopped at. Without a coherent story or a narrative to bind the factoids together, the monologue was boring and unremarkable. Most of the participants zoned out and played with their phones during the tour. But should you get a better guide who is engaging and knows the history of the places, I bet this tour could be great.

My biggest issue is allowing someone to smoke throughout the tour, really?
The information was ok but having to deal with a smoker was a major negative element.
We did not even go in and see the free things we passed on the tour, if even for a minute.
I would like to rate this tour if it happened,we arrived 20mins early and waited at the requested meeting point-front entrance to St.Adalbert Church,we displayed our Viator Voucher so as to be noticed by the guide
2pm passed and we were not approached by anyone nor did we see anyone who looked as though they were from a tour guide company. We gave up waiting by 2.30pm
