• Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 3 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
• Some attractions may have height and weight restrictions.Your KL PASS is subjected to the terms and conditions of each participating attraction and establishment
• KL PASS is activated upon first usage at the participating attractions that allow entry without further payment
• Choose the best time to activate your KL PASS as its validity its based on 24-hour cycles
• KL PASS is subjected to single entry per attraction except the KL Hop-On Hop-Off Tour Bus
• You are required to present your passport/identification card for pass collection only. To gain entry to the attractions, you need to present your KL PASS only
• Kindly be advised that this is a self-collection order. Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, please pick up your KL PASS at KL City Gallery, Dataran Merdeka
• Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded
• The card must be activated within 1 year of date of purchase
• Unused Purse Value is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. No top-up is allowed. Your 1-Day Pass comes with a Purse Value of RM 200 (adult) and RM 155 (child)
