A beautiful and historic destination. Keep an eye on your belongings with the monkeys around. The monkeys are seemingly far more aware and intelligent than many of the people who visit. I knew Charles Darwin was right.
Professional and very well organised. The driver Tiru was pretty good. He customised the trip as per my requirements and was very professional.
Fabulous tour, punctual pick up, Caves are well worth seeing if in KL and makes a great half day out away from the city. Lots of steps to climb and can get very hot, we went late afternoon when it was more pleasant. Really pleased we also had the chance to visit the Royal Selangor pewter factory on the way to the Caves which was absolutely amazing
Dennis was a fantastic guide and showed us the best places to visit and try great food.
Our tour guide was very informative with a great sense of humour. We were picked up on time and had a quick driving tour of Little India and the surrounding area. The Batu Caves were very enjoyable, as were the cheeky monkeys. Make sure you wear longer pants or a long skirt/dress otherwise you will need to pay for a sarong to cover your legs it doesn't cost much
We visited a textile factory on the way home - could have missed this one, it was just a trap to get the tourists to spend money. Also visited the Selangor Pewter Factory - the tour was very informative.
The only down side was the trip home - straight into grid locked traffic in KL!!! It took 20 minutes to get the Caves and greater than 2 hours to get back to our Hotel. We sat in the van for 20 minutes looking across the road at our Hotel while our driver was unable to do a U turn due to the congestion on the road. It might be better to choose the morning tour so you miss the gridlocked traffic in the afternoon.

This tour was great! our driver even made an extra stop to see the King's Palace! Batu Caves was great! Make sure to pack some water as the steps can be quite a challenge on a hot day! Otherwise it was a really enjoyable day!
The tour was amazing and even the tour guide. He gave us a lot of background on the sites that we saw. I would definitely recommend this tour
The gentleman was one of the best tour guides I had in all my trips. He explained the histories behind the scenery, made fun jokes along the trip which made the whole trip very entertaining.
Exactly as advertised, one can do this independently which would probably be the same experience - we just appreciated a local driver and guide for the basics you actually climb on your own without a guide.
Excellent trip even though it was raining, the guide was very helpful and informative about all sites visited. Worth every penny the caves were amazing and a must for all visitors to Kuala Lumpur.
The guide and driver were very helpful and friendly. Not only did they take us through our scheduled tour but also provided us very good guidance and what to do with the rest of our time in KL. They had clearly done this tour many times and knew the ins and outs to enhance our experience.
If you are after a quick no nonsense tour this is the tour for you! Our tour guide David was great ... he was to the point and no mucking around which is our sort of tour. Would thoroughly recommend!!
The guide was very informative and the morning was a great experience. The spectacle of seeing the Batu Caves and associated temple/statue is mind blowing. It the stuff that adds to the bucket list experience.
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, funny and helpful.
When I signed up for this tour, I thought that the caves were the only thing worth seeing, and the other two stops were just filler. I was so wrong. I knew nothing about pewter, but the factory tour was incredible and I fell completely in love with the little pewter goblets that they served us 100 plus in for those not aware, think gatorade. I had to buy some. The batik factory was also amazing. In the US we only ever get machine printed fabric, and seeing and buying the hand-painted real thing was the highlight of my time in Malaysia.
When it came to the actual caves, they are gorgeous. The monkeys are incredibly photogenic. Though I'm not a Hindu, the caves feel very spiritual.
Although I rained like crazy, didn't get to see the monkeys but defo worth seeing for a half day trip.
Driver has friendly and helpful.
This tour is a must do from Kuala Lumpur. An amazing sight when you arrive. Climbing the steps can be hard going in the heat but definitely worth it. The monkeys don't bother you if you ignore them. Lots of souvenirs to buy at the bottom. Take this trip!
An excellent tour - quite short, but well guided. The steps were quite demanding!
The guide is very knowledgeable about the tour as well as when we ask questions not pertaining about it. He conversed well. He is highly recommended! He loves his job, he's so friendly and smiles a lot.
This tour was fantastic. I loved seeing all of the monkeys. There are 272 steps to climb to the top so wear comfortable shoes. Also, women must have their knees covered so wear pants or long shorts/skirt otherwise you will have to buy something to cover up with before you start your climb.
