The location was amazing and I got there early and had the whole place to myself for most of the day! Lunch was really delicious, the springs were clean and so relaxing. The only thing to improve was that there were so few staff around, I had to wander around to find somewhere to buy a drink for quite some time.

My family and I were looking for hot springs that would be nice, quiet and affordable. We are really happy we came here, the staff were really nice and everything was clean. The hot springs are beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely like to visit again!

Awesome place! They have 5-7 different thermal pools/jacuzzis. They have a swim-up bar that is on point and and the place in general is well organized and clean. I highly reccomend people to try this place while in Arenal. The meal was great too! Holy Cow! I want to go back ASAP! Very relaxing.

Not as crowded as some of the spas so was maybe not as luxurious but was relaxing and interesting. The pools were clean and nicely landscaped. The meal was buffet style and very tasty in a lovely setting. Swim up bar was average for the quality of mixed drinks. . Not overpriced so that was nice. The price for the 3 hours we spent at the spa was.reasonable with good quality. We were glad not to fight the crowds of a more popular place.

We did this after a day of zip lining, lunch and little unexpected hike. I would recommend going at night just before the sun sets to see the volcano in the back ground. They have at least 4 different pools all with different degrees of heat in them. The bar was a nice addition. We did not get the meal included I didn't think it was too appealing, although they did have bar food to order. Even though we had a full day pass I couldn't see going for more than a few hours. I would recommend going it was fun and relaxing and family friendly.
