Well organized tour, brilliant guide! Only mistake is to let hotel pick-up be marked during booking process but no pick-up available.
A great, afternoon-long experience that will surprise locals and visitors alike. The tour includes the currently-operating cable car lines and quick strolls through notewhorty spots like la Ceja or Mercado de Brujas in El Alto. The guides are friendly, knowledgeable and fluent in several languages. Damian was our guide and, knowing we were also Bolivians, he easily pivoted going deeper into Aymara legends behind the Andean cosmogony and the unseen social motivations driving the cable car's chosen route. We took the afternoon tour and had no problems with crowds or traffic jams in the minibus segments of the tour. The breathtaking vistas of La Paz are a given, though you can still be surprised by the sprawling size of the city, the abandoned mansions that now disgraced politicians used to inhabit, or the efficiency with which the whole cable car service is run. All in all, this is a very well organized, safe, fun and affordable tour we would not hesitate to recommend.
The cable car trip was a great trip above the city , great views enjoyed the extra transport between the red and yellow line , tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave expert local knowledge.
the green and yellow lines were closed for annual maintenance, although I was warned in advance about this and given some options I went ahead with the tour. As it was only me Horje sorry if that is misspelt gave me good attention and we still went to El Alto on the Red line and some time searching out some bars for exploring later!
Nicholas was the best. We learned so much about his beautiful city, LaPaz. It was a pleasure spending three hours with him. He was kind, polite, courteous and very informative. Being on the cable cars - all three - was great fun. We could never do that without him. Thank you, Nik!
An excellent tour with a very knowledgeable guide,he even waited for us when we got lost getting to the meeting place, nothing was a problem and he gave a us a good overv6of the city
This was a brilliant and safe way for us to ride all the La Paz cable cars. Our guide was very helpful and informative.
It was amazing. The leader explained a lot of cultural things about La Paz and Bolivia. La Paz is very beautiful.
A great way to see this sprawling city is from above, and Maya is the perfect guide. She is very knowledgable and enthusiastic about her city, and peppers the tour with great anecdotes and obscure facts. I was travelling on my own and would not have felt comfortable exploring some areas of La Paz by myself, but as a member of Maya's group I felt safe and comfortable at all times.
We booked it very short-term and were very happy with the tour.
Silvia picked us up from the hotel and our small group 2guide had a very great tour.
We got loads of info. Thanks for this nice afternoon. Definitely worth the money.
