Half-Day Mangrove Safari Boat Tour in Langkawi

Tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable.. my kids had fun at all and we all enjoyed the trip. Hotel Pick up and drop off services was great ! Punctually..

Great way of exploring the Kilim Geoforest area in Langkawi. Hotel pick up in minibus then onto a small river boat. Visit a bat cave / mangrove area , then onto a river tour to see eagles and fish farm. A further ride out to sea, a short stop at a beach for paddling / quick swim (or stay on boat) and then back to fish farm for lunch/ drink. All in all a fabulous half day ( actually more like 5 hours). Lovely guide with great knowledge of the flora and fauna of this area. Small group made it more personal.

Very well planned tour, the guides were very knowledgeable, witty, extremely helpful and spoke very good english. The boat driver was az competent as the guides; hence brilliant. The visit to the "fake fish farm" was very enjoyable, with very good explanations/demonstrations. The boating/ exploring the mangroves, crocodile cave, bat cave (with lots of bats), the eagle feeding, etc FANTASTIC, the lunch was also good. Altogether a great tour.

We had a great day! Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable, he was able to explain the wildlife and answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed on half day mangrove journey. The guide was very informative and gave us lots of information as we traveled through the mangroves. Lunch at the fish farm was also very nice. Great day highly recommended.

The guide was very good, informative and professional. The tour was much longer than half day (09:00~14:30) and we were a bit worried about getting back to our cruise ship on time but the guide made sure that we returned to our ship by the required time. Very happy about their courteous services.

It was a good 4 1/2 hours tour with a tourist guide. During the tour, we visited Bat Cave, Crocodile Cave, Watch eagles flying around, and floating fish farm with lunch. After lunch we had a sort of speed boating ride to an open sea area where you are able to take a photo of Kilm Goeforest Park big sign. But the boat driver drove too fast that our boat almost tip over. That was kind of scary and I had to tell the driver to slow down. Our tourist guide was very good and tried to point out animals to us along the way. The season I didn't give 5 star is that we spent too much time at Bat Cave area that we hanging around for about 30 minutes before actually entering into the Bat Cave. Overall, it was a good experience. Recommend this tour.

for a half day tour this was excellent we saw everything mentioned and enjoyed a quiet time watching the eagles I would encourage people to do this tour it was really good we have used viator lots of times on our travels and have never been let down I would advise you take some drinks with you as it can be very hot but you can get drinks when you stop at the fishing village a very nice meal we had too
