Excellent trip !! we had booked to go the day before! I was up all night being ill! my nephew would not go on the trip on his own ! so i dragged myself out of my sick bed and met the coach at 5.45 in the morning ! I explained to the rep that we would not be able to go! he said ring this number! and they will reschedule for tomorrow! so we went the next day !! there was no problem! no extra money to pay and no quibble just excellent service! I couldn't belive it! so they had 2 empty seats on the day we couldn't go!! and it was a full coach the next day so we couldn't have had better service! the trip was long as we went to the south rim of the canyon but there was lots of stops and refreshments! the coach driver and rep were excellent! giving lots of information of the canyon , hoover dam etc ! the canyon was fantastic!! well worth the traveling!! we got back late! so be prepared for a long fullfiling day! we walked on are own! you didn't need to do the walking tour with the rep!
It is a long day. The bus was not designed for comfort. It was actually worse than and airline. Bus also needed maintenance on the little things, like the charging ports, cup holders, window shades, foot rests. And was told not to use the bathroom.
Hoover dam stop was not really worth the time. I understand the Security rules. The only good part was a bathroom break, and this was because they did not stop at the scheduled stop. The only purpose for the Route 66 was again bathroom stop and pick up lunch, which was 2 different stops. The reason for the 4 rating was The Grand Canyon (otherwise it would have been a 3)! The Driver and Guide were good also.
It was my husband and I’d first time to the Grand Canyon. Henderson was such an amazing tour guide. He provided tons of history and facts about the beautiful Grand Canyon. I’ll never forget all the beautiful sights we saw that day. He knew the best places to take pictures also.
My husband and I really enjoyed our tour to the South Rim and Hoover Dam. Route 66 was a fun stop off. John, our tour guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. So glad we took the trip. It really is a great way to see the canyon , especially for the first time.
If George and Harrison did an excellent job. They're a great asset to your company. Both were very friendly & fun Harrison is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. My husband was in a wheelchair and Harrison was more than helpful with him.

The tour was extremely well-organized - met and exceeded all expectations! The grand canyon was spectacular to visit and we really appreciated that the tour covered other landmark checkpoints like Route 66 and Hoover Dam
as well. Our tour guide Harrison was really funny and made the trip very enjoyable. The ride was also really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Long day but good day ! Comfortable transportation and knowledgeable guide made the time go quickly. Gran canyon was jaw dropping and I wish we had more time to do more exploring!
If I had one down side and it’s really only a small thing - the 20$ Additional tour was really nothing we couldn’t have just done ourselves Walking from the drop off point to the Bright Angel Lodge. Highly recommend none the less.
