This tour is worth the money. The trip from Las Vegas is easy on the bus smooth comfortable ride. The food and the experience is amazing. A must do tour everything they say was done exactly to the hour.

If there were five more stars I could have given the experience, I would have. AMAZING day visiting the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. Bus ride was smooth and educational our driver was enlightening and entertaining, each stop was awesome in and of itself, and the landmarks, one made by nature and one by man, were experiences we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Excellent tour from start to finish. Excellent knowledgeable driver who provided running commentary through out the trip.
The Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam are a must to see if you are in Las Vegas.

The tour was excellent. Great pick up location and time. Comfortable coach and friendly driver/guide. Plenty of time at the west rim which was superb. Lovely to get a day away from the mad city but returned to make the evening (7pm). Book this trip!!

This trip was fun, entertaining and informative. For the money you really get a great. Our bus driver was hilarious and great to have. The lunch provided at the canyon that and #39;s included in your ticket is very tasty. It and #39;s not a bag lunch, it tastes like home cooked. I recommend this trip!

The tour was very good and our guide very informative. The Grand Canyon was amazing! you have to see it to believe it. However - we were told to contact the local office to arrange pick up time and location but were unable to get through on telephone. We tried on numerous occassions but only managed to get through to an answer phone. We left messages but nobody contacted us. In desperation we asked the hotel to help. The staff at Aria hotel were very good. After nearly an hour of phone calls and internet searches they eventually spoke to someone and we were contacted that evening with a pick up time from our hotel. Thanks to Aria hotel we got our tour and were very pleased we did.

This was a fabulous experience, despite waiting over an hour for the bus. The driver was pleasant and helpful, the bus comfy and had a toilet! The west rim has 3 stops, The Ranch, Eagle Point, and Guano Point. We gave the ranch a miss because I grew up on one. Eagle Point has the Sky Walk glass bridge, and the views were amazing. We spent the rest of our time, which was 3 hours in total, at Guano Point. This was the most spectacular place I have ever been. We had a delicious lunch, then roamed around the 360 degree view, taking awesome photos and video. I could have spent the whole visit there. My one criticism is the portaloos at the entrance to the site: they were dreadful, but the ones at the Hoover Dam were even worse. Take antiseptic wipes, thank goodness I did

Absolutely worth the money! It was an amazing day and the views breathtaking. Tour bus was a smaller one so no facilities on it, but our tour guide stopped about an hour and a half into it for everyone to stretch and use the restrooms and again on the way back. Don't bank on the breakfast snacks portion of the trip to fill you up so eat ahead of time or bring your own.
If you are looking for view the Hoover Dam more than from the bus windows then this isn't the tour for you. But we were going for the Grand Canyon and it was awesome! The BBQ was also fantastic!

This was a great tour. Our tour guide was early picking us up and we got on our way with no problems after picking up the rest of the passengers at other casinos. The Grand Canyon has to be seen in person to get it.....listen closely to what the guide tells you so you will be clear about the different stops and what is available at each. We had plenty of time to see what we wanted to. The only thing I will recommend is not to make any early plans for that evening as drop-offs at casinos take a little longer than pickups do. We left at 6:45 am and arrived back at about 6pm

It is absolutely breathtaking there. It was basically a bus ride there and back. In the last few years, the road there has been paved, so if you don't mind driving, save the 100.00 per person and drive. It is open to public on all roads. It was nice to have everything planned and we can sit back and relax though.

The tour was great, it was really cool to see both the Hoover dam and Grand Canyon. I and #39;m giving this a 3 because I thought there would be more guide information given. He just drove us there. Also the local company didn and #39;t confirm a time for pickup at all each time I called. Luckily viator was helpful

I called three times to find out what time we were going to be picked up and never received the email that I was promised with the time. We ended up going to the place where supposed to be picked up at the approximate time we thought were supposed to be picked up and then called again and the person on the line said - didn't you get the email - well, no, we didn't. The bus driver on the tour to the canyon was rude and didn't give us much information about what was going to happen when we got to the canyon as we were transferred to the tour buses on the Indian reservation where we had three places where we could get out and look around. Once we got on their buses, the people there were helpful and the food at the third stop where the meal was served was excellent. We had to walk a long time from the bus to the entrance to the canyon tour on the reservation because the driver did not drop us off close to the entrance. My friend who has trouble walking should have been dropped off closer but was not. I asked the security guards if he could pick her up closer to the entrance and they said yes, so I asked the driver to pick her up there when the tour was over which he did. The tour of the canyon was great once we got there, but the driver was not in a good mood that day and I don't think we were the only ones who were displeased.
