Fantastic day. Only down side was we thought it was going to be hot being in Arizona. Wrong it was freezing . And we had shorts and t-shirt on. But that was on us. Great day.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Comedy on Deck to the Grand Canyon. The pick up and drop off processes were very efficient. Even though we had to travel to a different hotel for pick up, it meant that there were fewer stops throughout the city and we were able to quickly get on the road. Having a hot very good breakfast was a terrific way to start the day. Then, we had a few restroom stops along the way to break up the trip to the Canyon. Well planned and efficient! Of course, the Grand Canyon delivered and Jodi our guide helped us to effectively navigate the time and the different views. We had ample time to view the Canyon, take photos, sit and appreciate the views, look at souvenirs, etc. moving on. Again, extremely well-planned. I was nervous about too much time or not enough time, and that was never the case. What's more is that the trip was organized in a way that allowed us to be one step ahead of other groups, really making us feel like VIP.
I would definitely recommend doing this trip, because if I come back, I plan to do it again...with this same company!
This was a superb day out and very efficiently run. Our guide, Jodie Darling, and driver Fil, made sure we made the most of the day. Pick up was very slick with no delays. Jodie was an excellent guide, providing us with as much information as we could handle, and was also very amusing. An added bonus was the fact we had a proper breakfast at the beginning of our tour! The Hoover Dam is obviously very interesting but The Grand Canyon is incredible. Luckily for us there were hardly any people at The Grand Canyon when we arrived so we did not have to queue for anything. Lunch was also very tasty. Thanks to Jodie and Fil for such a great trip.
Worth every penny!!!Typically, I never write a review but this time was special for me. We went to Las Vegas for a long weekend and the main purpose was going to Grand Canyon. The trip was fabulous, Jodi was our guide and Pedro the driver. Everything was on time. Actually, we were pick up 15 min before at the hotel with a comfortable shuttle, not a big bus good for me. Jodi was an excellent guide, she sure knows her job, she explains everything for us very detail, at first I though Wow!!!, so much information, I sure I forget about in a couple of minutes, not at all, as I told you every detail was important during the trip. Each time we went to see something we knew the time we have, the things to see, and the problems we can get. Since the first moment you know where you can go to the bathroom, or where to eat as I told everything was perfectly scheduled. We chose the helicopter trip, wow it was fabulous!! ... great!! .... also, the skywalk...I was very nervous but when you get there the majesty just make yourself a different person, I can walk all the way, very good experience. Jodi explained the better way to make the last point Skywalk, Guano point .... easy to see inside the park. Because the trip is typically the first time for everyone, we attempt to lose time taking photos in the wrong site, with her explanation, we could see everything on time having a wonderful time. At first, we thought was pricey, not at all, the trip was worth every penny. I recommend this tour to everyone
Great day that makes use of time very well. Our guide, Phil, was tremendous - very funny and engaging from start to finish. Good breakfast. West rim views are terrific and seeing Hoover Dam is a must. The Bonus about this tour is that you're back by around 5pm so you can make use of the evening.
tour was well worth the money. the tour was interesting. our tour guide, jody darling, and our driver, phil, were excellent and very knowledgable and fun. I would do a tour with them again without hesitation. and as a bonus, the food was great.

Thoroughly recommend this tour - knowledgeable, friendly, staff.
Were extremely happy
The tour was awesome. Well worth the money. My first time to the Canyon, sights were unbelievable. Took the helicopter ride, was too short a time for the money, but incredible views. We enjoyed talking to the Native Americans, who own that part of the Canyon. Very friendly and informative. Our guide Jody, was great. She informed us about other options in the evenings to do outside of the strip.
Amazing. Phil the tour guide was so funny. His jokes and stories made tears roll down my cheeks. Very talented man. The whole trip ran effortless. Gorgeous breakfast at a diner enroute. Brilliant day. Would recommend them 100 percent. Back at at good time so there was still time to go out in the evening.
This tour was above and beyond what we expected. It was from Comedy on Deck and our tour guide was Phil. He had us laughing the entire time. Breakfast was a a restaurant not a cold bagel handed out on the bus. Phil was knowledgeable and funny. While at the Canyon, I fell and got hurt and he was very caring and helpful. Highly recommend this tour and hope you get Phil as your guide.
If you want a day trip to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon - take this one!! The trip was timed perfectly and we had plenty of time when we returned back to our hotel around 5:00 to make our dinner reservations and gamble. Fil was our driver and John was our guide. They were both great! I think John is one of the most entertaining comedians we have heard. It made the drive to and from our destination so much more enjoyable. This is our 5th experience with Viator and they never disappoint. We have a great experience, it is educational and the price is right.
We didn't even realize this was a comedy tour when we booked it but our tour guide Phil was great he had us very impressed with the amount of languages he can speak although this tour was in English. Definitely worth the money it included breakfast, lunch, it had been down pouring in the grand canyon so we missed the clear glass bridge but it was a great tour! Would recommend to family and friends!
Well worth the money! The breakfast was great and so was lunch at Guano point. The canyon was breathtaking! The driver Fil and the guide were great. She gave us info the whole way that saved us time and money. We watched Vegas Vacation how appropriate! It was a fantastic 20th Anniversary.
This was totally amazing and had fantastic tour guide Jody who gave us so much help, advice and guidance. Would definitely recommend this trip and company
Great job by all... good breakfast, lunch was ok... Jodi and ken were great.....the Canyon was amazing and the 3.5 hours spent there is enough time to fully enjoy on a day trip from Vegas
Had a wonderful time! Bus ride was comfortable and the tour guide was informative and not annoying. Bus driver was also very pleasant and helpful. Loved that we could stop at a restaurant for our meals too! Then they gave us free tickets to another show - that was a plus! This was my first time using Viator and I would definitely use it again and again!
Very interesting and informative. Our guide Jody had a dry sense of humor but she was straight forward and to the point. Enjoyed being on the Dam Bus comedy tour. Breakfast and lunch hit the spot. Really enjoyed the thrill ride of the Grad Canyon Helicopter Ride. the views were breathtaking. Although I was very nervous, I would go again. Very well organized.
John and Phil were great as our guide and driver. Breakfast was genius! Our orders were phoned in so when we arrived at the restaurant our food came right out. Hoover Dam was no big deal. We walked up a bunch of steps and looked down on it from a walkway. Then we walked back down the steps and got on the bus. I would have rather just gone straight to the Grand Canyon. Once we got to the Grand Canyon we were on our own for 3 hours to explore at our leisure. There's hop on - hop off transportation that runs around the park constantly so the longest you have to wait to go to a different location is about 10 minutes. The Sky Walk at Eagle Point is definitely worth the extra money. You can't take your camera or phone with you - everything has to go in a locker and you are checked with a metal detector before you go out. Save yourself the hassle of trying to sneak something in because you'll probably be caught! They have photographers who will take pictures of you if you want. You can either buy single prints or buy the electronic version of all pictures taken. Families with children, please be aware that there are no barricades or fences anywhere you will be visiting on this trip. You can sit and dangle your feet right over the edge of the canyon if you're feeling brave. Guano Point has some rock climbing opportunities that are relatively safe and look good for pictures. There's also some climbing for the more adventurous souls. The Ranch is the third area of the park you can visit. It's a good place for families to visit. They have horseback riding, motorized bull riding, gun duels, wagon rides, and lots of other activities.
The ride itself was great. Our tour guide gave us plenty of information and helpful hints before we got to the park. There are rest stops figured into your travel time so snacks, restrooms and leg stretching are all taken care of. They also had nice, cold water for us whenever we wanted. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone planning a trip to the Grand Canyon!
It has been almost a year from taking this tour to this review. This was an all day tour, but worth it for a first timer out of Las Vegas. Comfy bus ride until hitting the dirt road, but not bad. Lunch was included at the canyon. Once there, local buses were used as transport to Eagle Point, guano Point, and Grand Canyon Skywalk. The Skywalk enterance fee was NOT included. I was there December 2015 with light snow on the ground in the shady spots.
Loved this trip, that we did a week today. Breakfast and lunch better than expected, and we had Jodie as our guide who was funny and had great knowledge of Vegas. time at canyon and Hoover dam was just enough to enjoy without being under too much pressure. It's a long day, about 10 hours in all, but a great trip, if a little scary!!
Well organised tour. The tour guide was funny and informative. You are given a good amount of time at the Canyon and helpful hints from the guides to make sure you see everything.
from start to finish the whole trip was amazing excellent tour guide ,so full of interesting information. the grand canyon was a sight to behold.
