This sightseeing tour to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon begins with a hotel pickup in Las Vegas. Hop aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned motor coach equipped with restrooms, reclining seats, video monitors and large windows. Then make the 3-hour trek east, passing through Joshua tree forests and the Mojave Desert, and past the famous Hoover Dam and beautiful Lake Mead to the Grand Canyon.

Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon, enjoy three hours of exploring at the West Rim. Hike to the Eagle Point and Guano Point overlooks to take in the amazing views. Visit the Hualapai Ranch for a wild west show and enjoy a delicious hot lunch available from a variety of different outlets (included in tour price). There are many options and a variety of exciting possibilities.

There are also two upgrades to consider during this time frame. First, consider adding a thrilling walk on the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass walkway nearly 4,000 feet above the floor of the canyon. Secondly, there's a stunning helicopter/boat ride. Lift off high above the canyon in a helicopter, then swoop down between its walls and land on the canyon floor. Walk around, get an up-close look at the many layers of the interior of the canyon and gain an even greater appreciation of the immensity of this natural wonder. Additionally, enjoy a pontoon boat ride along the Colorado River, looking up at the canyon’s many beautiful colors and stunning rock formations.

This day tour also includes a complimentary photo stop at Hoover Dam, either before or after visiting the Grand Canyon. Travel time between Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon is approximately three hours each way.

I would not recommend tour due to length you are on the bus. Our pick up time was 6:15. Driver arrived at 6:45, had to gourd another bus at a different location. Did not leave for trip until 8am. Was on bus for 8 hours for only 4 hours at Grand Canyon. On way home we had to exit bus and board a second bus again. Second bus driver was VERY RUDE and yelled at me about hotel drop off. He would not drop us off at the hotel we were picked up at. Never again . Not worth it.

If you vacation in Las Vegas you have to visit the Skywalk. The view is fantastic and added another dimension to the Grand Canyon. The structure gives a sense of solid stability while letting you look almost a mile down below through the glass floor. The mind usually never sees anything like this so it adds a sensory overload to the brain. I am not fond of heights but I felt secure and enjoyed the mind blowing view. The Grand Canyon is so huge it almost looks like an ancient Temple. I did feel very alive and revived. I see why the Native Americans treated this land as a sacred place. You will not be disappointed!

The cost of the bus tour with the optional skywalk and lunch was not worth it. The best part of the trip was Ziggy, the driver. The waiting in lines for all the shuttles was exhausting in the heat. The skywalk was very disappointing. It seems the point of the skywalk was to sell photos at an inflated price. I understand it is a tourist attraction and a business, but to pay about $65 for photos on a USB seems rather costly. At the Guano (?) stop for lunch with more than 100 people in line in the sun, they ran out of food. We waited more than 30 minutes for food that was thrown on a plate. We were sorry we did the West Rim and not the South Rim. We were very disappointed in the view.

Grand Canyon with Skywalk and Hoover dam was amazing experience, highly recommended but definitely it have to be 2 hours longer because there is 3 points on Grand Canyon location to visit. I was unsatisfied with long waiting in the morning, 1,5h and it was extremely in the rear half of the bus. I talked 2 times with bus driver about that with no results. Other passengers have the same filing about that. Anyway, take some hot clothes and cap, be prepaid get up very early (about 5 30am) and go

Rather long bus ride but it was worth it. We did the optional helicopter ride to the river too and really enjoyed that too.

At the last minute my friend and I upgraded to the VIP tour which was very affordable. Our driver was fun and very knowledgeable. The ride was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time at the skywalk. The food was pretty good too.

Outstanding Las Vegas Tour and Tour GUIDE with Marque Motor Coach! Highly recommend you ask for Tyler if you want an absolutely fun tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon while visiting Las Vegas. There were 8 family members from NYC, Virginia, Texas, California and Hawaii vacationing in Las Vegas. We are not an easy crowd to please however, Tyler was amazing and kept us entertained and the tour was breathless. By far the BEST!
