Outstanding dirt bike tour. My guide, Dan, was awesome. Will def do this again!
Fantastic tour! Highy recommend going on it! Very well organised and being able to go at whatever speed you are comfortable at is great. If i'm even back in Vegas again i will definitely be doing this again!!
The activity was awesome. The Guide was excellent and I had a fantastic day riding. Absolute highlight of the trip! Steve O Australia
First-off, Kyle is a Rockstar!
Talented rider / guide.
the KTM was amazing as all the new terrain I got to ride,
Been riding motocross over 20 years and this ride was epic.
Bring the Boys from North of the border back soon and we will be riding, hopefully with Kyle.
This was the best part of my Vegas trip and I'll be doing it everytime!
YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
I would definitely recommend this tour because it was at the time new, challenging and fun. The instructor gave me helpful advice as how to handle different terrains along the tour. By the end of the journey i felt like i had gained great confidence an knowledge on how to handle desert roads.
Had a great time with my son. The guide was fantastic, trails were fun and scenery was awesome.
Chris and the guys created an amazing and memorable trip. They are super accommodating of different riding ability levels and planned out a day of ideal terrain with stunning views and crazy variety rocky high elevation all the way down to super flat, dry lake beds. These guys are true professionals. I can't wait to be back in Vegas to do it again.
We (kris and andrew) would definately recommend this tour the instructers were brilliant the tour itself could not have been better. We are from the uk and if we ever visit vegas again we will be back to do it all again !!
Our tour guide (thanks again Chris) was awesome. He checked out our abilities and then toured us on challenging terrain. The bikes were in good shape save for worn tires on the "X" but in those rocks they wear fast. IF I knew we would get Chris as guide again, it would be a cinch to go again. My riding partner is still grinning as am I and we did get out of third gear on the dry lake bed :)
Great staff, great excursion, so much fun!
Will definately book up again if I come back....highly recommended!

Well Antony turned up early to my hotel....bikes all racked and ready to go......if you need any gear there is a huge bike shop in boulder city called ride now speak to Cruz they have all the latest kit, helmets and boots. Takes about half an hour to get to the parking point......they use KTM 525......bigger than anything I have ridden before....don't let this put you off...the weight and power is needed due to the terrain. The terrain is the toughest terrain I have ever ridden......in the summer its probably like riding on marbles....luckily it had rained lightly the night before so not all of it was like this...........really good ride for 4 hours......def built my confidence up in all aspects.........bikes not restricted and you can pretty much do anything within reason as long as you don't act a plonker and damage the bike or someone else, your be ok! Remember though if in doubt or trouble throttle up!

I shipped my gear which made me comfortable. Not knowing what to expect, the guide sized up my skills quickly and kept just ahead. He was excellent, he stressed it was up to me to set the pace. The desert was hot, the trails were rocky, and the bikes were top notch. I had a great time! I will be talking about this for a while.

Did this trip for my 21st birthday along with my dad. This is the most awesome trip you will ever do. If you are an experienced rider, this is the one for you. Essential that you take MX boots. Our guide was absolutely brilliant. Will be back.

This ride is a must-do! You might want to brush up on your riding skills before you go, because this ride is gnarly. Your trail guide will suit the ride to your experience level, and these guys are experts! Will go again in a heart beat, probably the best tour in Las Vegas. Must recommend - bring riding gear!!! No shorts and sandals ride. Bikes were set up perfect for desert riding; tour guides were true professionals. Will see you next year.

We had a brilliant time thanks to our guide who made our day. Can't wait for next year. Please tell our guide he can eat our dirt next time!
Excellent tour! If you're into dirt bikes you will not be letdown. The bikes were in good shape as well as the provided gear. Riding in the Mojave desert was an experience I'll never forget. Our thanks to the experienced guides who made this a great excursion! A must do !
My boyfriend actually took the tour. He had a great time but said his first Primm valley dirtbike tour was better. On the first trip they took pictures of him riding and this time they did not. He also rode a 525F last time and rode a 450 this time. It was fun but the 1st time was better.
I have mixed feelings about this tour.
First, the company that facilitated my booking of this Viator doesnt know much about motorcycles or what happens. They also dont let you contact the tour company directly American Adventure Tours to ask questions about bikes or gear. Anytime you call to ask a question you are placed on hold while someone at a call center calls the tour company.
For the ride itself:
Being a lighter rider 511/135lbs and considering myself more of a novice with some off-road experience I specifically asked for the lighter KTM 300 XC-W. I showed up and was given a bike that was not even on the list of options, a Frankenstein Kawasaki 450 that was 3 years old pieced together with bald tires and no electric start.
There were no other motorcycle riders this tour and about a dozen other folks on ATVs and Razors. So it was just the guide and I. I RECOMMED TAKING PHOTOS OF THE BIKE YOU RIDE AT ALL ANGLES BEFORE GETTING ON IT. More on this later.
Not much of a briefing. Now that I am finished with the tour I can tell you it was in 3 parts: up a technical section with whoops and single-track up to a radio tower lookout. Part 2, back down that section and across a dry lakebed to an outlet mall parking lot in Primm, NV 20 minute lunch break with opportunity to hit the food court. Last section was back across the lakebed and through another flat technical section of single track to the vans.
I dropped the 450 a few times on the technical sections. It was too big of a machine for the technical sections for me and the small wipeouts were 100 my fault. Kick starting the bike on uneven terrain was difficult and happened no less than 20 times. The bikes idle was set too low and the bike stalled anytime you let the throttle go to idle. The guide adjusted after I stalled out several times.
Once on smoother terrain the guide let me ride his personal 2016 KTM 300 XC-W for the flatter sections only reason for not a one-star rating. This bike was m
