Your dinner cruise on Lake Mead takes you aboard the Desert Princess, a spaciously equipped paddle-wheeler. Start your evening tour with hotel pickup in Las Vegas and make a photo stop at the iconic ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign during the approximate 30-minute drive to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
On arrival, you’re welcomed aboard the steamboat by a 10-member crew. Pose for a classic photo op and enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Then take a seat inside one of two climate-controlled enclosed decks, head to the top deck or stroll the open promenade to the Captain's Bridge.
During your cruise, cast your eyes over the unique landscape surrounding Lake Mead and marvel at the mighty Hoover Dam towering above. Consider this awesome engineering feat as your vessel passes the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge, part of the Hoover Dam Bypass Project.

Great views. Friendly and helpful crew especially for us 2 handicapped seniors.. Delicious food.and wonderful service.
This is for sure one of my favorite things we were able to do for our trip to Las Vegas. It was just the right thing to end our vacation we went on the last evening of 6. The weather was perfect, the ride was perfect, the food and service were amazing. I think the price for it is highly worth it. I recommend this to anyone wanting a romantic experience, although I did see families with children as well and they seemed to enjoy it also. I would definitely do it again if I ever get the chance to go back.
Very disappointed with this cruise for the price we payed. We were placed on the lowest deck because of a group who was given priority seating on the top deck. Food was mediocre and slow arriving at table. There was little time to go above to sight see and boat was very worn and dirty. Crew was nice but I would not waste my money,
Easy relaxing diversion from typical Las Vegas. Nice bus ride with a quick stop at the Las Vegas sign. History video on the bus about the dam. My wife and I both had the chicken. The large group next to us was a little loud so we were not able to hear all the comments from the P.A. system. Our server was new and in training and she was great. The food arrived quickly and the chicken was moist and delicious. The salad, bread and veggies were also very good. Just a note at this time of the year in gets dark early so all we coul see of the dam was the lights. We did spend quite a bit of time near the dam. We have been on several other trips this week and this was the best.
The Lake Mead Dinner Cruise was so relaxing. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was nice! The weather couldn't be any better.
My friends and I went on a girl's trip to Las Vegas and thought about doing something other than just VEGAS!! So we decided to do this little trip. We all LOVE IT and are planning our next getaway to Vegas and are going to include this trip again!!
