Why Travelers Choose This Tour
Start the day on horseback to see a different side of Las Vegas, breakfast included.
Start your Wild West horseback riding tour with morning pickup from Las Vegas Strip hotels and relax during the drive to the horse ranch in Moapa.
While professional wranglers prepare the horses for the trail ride, take in the serenity of the majestic surroundings, where red rock mountains and desert meet. You are paired with a tame horse that is well-suited to your skill level.
Follow the same horse trails once used by some of the most infamous outlaws of the American West. Keep your camera on hand to capture photos of grazing cattle and, if you have a keen eye, spot bighorn sheep, roadrunners, and jackrabbits scuttling through the brush.
After your horseback ride, dine on an authentic western-style breakfast, including pancakes, choice of bacon, sausage or ham, hash browns, eggs, toast, coffee, and orange juice. Return to your hotel on the Strip with plenty of time left in the day to experience more of Vegas.
Please Note: This is a single-file trail ride. Due to safety regulations, customers are not permitted to run or gallop the horses on the trail.
I'm happy to hear you had a great experience with us and had a good report on our customer service. We take pride in that that. The wranglers usually stop to take take pictures of you on your horses. In the future if that ever happens, where the tour is moving along, be sure to mention you would like one. We don't mind stopping and taking pictures for you and answering any questions about what you are seeing on the tour.
After a short ride out of Las Vegas, we arrived at a traditional western ranch. Although we were very nervous to begin with, the horses were calm and the ride went really smooth along a great track. Ceaser (horseman) & Steve (cook/driver) were fab supportive hosts and really looked after us well, finished off with a fab ranch breakfast and a quick lesson with the lasso. Definitely would recommend this activity, as it's something different in Nevada.
Thanks for riding with us and we are happy to hear you enjoyed what we have to offer. Sounds like you had a great time based on your description. Steve and Cesar are great at what they do and are always popular with our guests. Happy to hear also you enjoyed your breakfast, horseback ride, and lassoing. Come see us again when you're back in Las Vegas. It definitely is a gem to see what Nevada has to offer on horseback.
Thanks for writing us a review of your experience with us here at Wild West Horseback Adventures. We are happy to hear you had a great time. The lion portion of our riders are first timers or haven't ridden in years. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We look forward to riding with you again when you're back in Vegas.

This is my 2ND time doing this ride. I give them all 5 STARS!!!!!! The weather was beautiful. Steve our driver & cook was terrific.
Chantel & Caesar where exceptional. They where all wonderful. The horses very nice, calm, & well cared for.
Welcome back! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed this time as much as last time you came. Steve is a character and has a good time. Chanelle and Cesar are always popular with our guests too. Happy to hear you enjoyed everything we had to offer and hopefully we will see you for a third time!
Friendly staff, tame horses and I just wanted to sing some Calamity Jane’s ‘Take me back to the black hills’! Our only disappointment was that it was called a ‘ranch’, but it wasn’t what we would call a ranch... it seems to be specifically set up for tourists, so therefore not truly authentic. Loved it regardless.
Thanks for leaving us a review and first and foremost we are happy to hear you enjoyed your experience. Singing songs while you ride are fun. I personally prefer, "Don't Fence Me in". As for it not being a ranch, not quite sure what you mean by that. The ranch has been in existence for over 150 years, and its been owned by one family for that entire time. There's thousands of acres on the property that the Ol' Spanish Trail runs right through it. We wish you would've asked us about it so we could have explained what you were seeing. Anyway, glad you enjoyed your ride with us.
We had the BEST time ever, even as regular horse riders this walk through the canyon on beautiful breath taking mounts was the highlight of our holiday, Caesar was super friendly and helpful and Steve’s chat on the bus and his breakfast was lovely! Would do again in a heart beat!!! Our son wanted to stay forever :o)
Thanks for writing us here at Wild West Horseback Adventures! Cesar is always popular with our guests and he does a great job! Steve has a lot of stories and enjoys sharing them with our guests. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your trail ride and come see us again when you're back in Vegas for a horseback ride!
Would recommend it to everybody. The guides for the tour were very helpful, from explaining everything to helping you saddle up on your horse. Horses were very tame, basically all you had to do was sit on the saddle and go. We had the morning tour, our breakfast after was great. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Thanks for leaving us a review. We take the time to read each and every one! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your trail ride with us. The horses are tame and love what they do. We look forward to seeing you again when you go horseback riding in Las Vegas again!
