Great option for seeing a lot in a single tour

This tour stops as several sites with ample time to explore. Luis was our guide and did a great job of sharing interesting information that allowed us to really enjoy the places that we visited. While the visibility at the Grand Canyon was poor due to high winds and what seemed to be a sand storm, we still had a great time. Note that this tour does NOT go to the Grand Canyon National Park but, instead, goes to Hualapai area so, if you want the National Park experience, you should select another option. The small group size and Luis is a major advantage to taking this tour.

Phill was such a great guide! He had so much knowledge about all of our stops. The bus was very comfortable, and we took plenty of stops for bathrooms and photo ops. A nice day tour out of Vegas. Highly recommended!

Excellent trip well worth the money. Luis our guide made us very comfortable always asking if we wanted water or snacks and always in hand to take everyone’s photos for them. Would definitely recommend this trip 🥰

Joseph did a fantastic job. Very good communicating tips and keeping everything organized. He knew if we delayed stopping at Joshua Trees until on our way back we would loose the great photos we could get in the morning. (They were snow covered) We went there early and it was 10 times better. Really nice not needing to take the shutttle bus up to the canyon too...Maxtour small group gets to go all the way in in their mini bus.

We toured with Luis at MaxToursVegas and had a great experience! He shared lots of cool information with us along the way and always made sure we knew what was happening next. Even the 14 year old raved about the trip and that says something. We loved even the little bonus stop to see the big-horned sheep. Would highly recommend.
Amazing Tours with awesome guide

This was one the best guide tours we have gone in a really long time. The time we spent in each location was sufficient. Free snacks and drinks idea was great as we avoided line ups to buy food each time and didn't have to juggle between washroom breaks and buying food. The guide Bobby was the best. He was very knowledgeable and had great ideas where to get the perfect picture and was very quick to help get family picture too (which is usually a bad selfie 🤳) He gave us additional hints about Vegas and also kept the spirit of the trip high. Having the only kid on tours he had it super comfortable and also had fun conversations to my kid and also to ensure everyone was engaged and had an amazing time. Tour is the best and if Bobby is there as your guide the trip is even better.

The tour was amazing we made all the stops and had plenty of time to spend at each attraction. Even though two of us on the tour walked slowly. And a mix up with our pick up spot that was handled with a smile in a matter of minutes by the dispatcher My only complaint was our guide great driver, full of knowledge, and good a picture taking! Complained about his personal life after a phone call from his wife. Thankfully this only lasted the last 45 minutes of the tour. But really I’m on vcay no complaining

My driver, Phil, had a sharp tongue

Phil, my driver, had a sharp tongue. He assigned seats and placed my friend and I in single seats. When I told him they were uncomfortable since we are older and wanted to sit together, he said he "could take me back to my hotel since he did not want to deal with me all day." He was rude and this was inappropriate. All he had to do was let people sit where they wanted. Assigned seats is quite elementary.

Our primary concern is to ensure a comfortable ride for all of our guests. In order to achieve this, we use a seating chart that keeps groups together as much as possible. This helps to ensure that everyone has a good seat and that the groups that get picked up later are not left with whatever seats are remaining. I see that you and your friend booked separate tickets, so when Phil saw the manifest, he saw you as a single traveler and assigned you to a single seat accordingly. Changing your seat would have disrupted the entire seating chart, which is why he was unable to accommodate your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. Please take care.

Been to some of the places on the tour before but because Max tour has a specific connection, they take you to a different view on this tour - some things you can’t do on your own. We got picked up at Golden nuggets, Brian is on time and the moment he introduced himself, you could already feel a great vibe. He is very patient, respectful, kind and has such a good and positive aura. He is not overpowering and would just guide you throughout and even takes great photos. Restroom breaks are probably just right and he will let you know in advance if that’s a concern. You get snacks and continental breakfast and lunch is on your own. The whole tour is amazing and well worth the price. I will do it again

The sights were amazing, but the tour was very rushed. Lite breakfast is offered which was pitiful no hot coffee. The driver rushed us on every stop. Lunch that was not included only option was subways at a gas station and we had to eat in the van. The snacks were just chips needed sweets. Ridiculous for the amount of money we paid. It could definitely use improvement. The driver was only concerned with getting home early not the customers being satisfied. When your on vacation the drivers wishes to get home isn’t our priority.

Excellent tour!!! Thomas explained everything about the tour and the transit to the designated stops. The hardest part was making it to the pickup at my hotel. Snacks/water was readily available and hot food was available at each stop for gas/bathrooms break which was every hour. Recommend this tour company,, guide and Viator for future trips.
