The Vegas Mob Tour

The Vegas Mob Tour

Relive the violent and mysterious gangster heyday of Las Vegas during this 2.5-hour mob tour in Las Vegas. Anyone interested in tapping into the dark history of Sin City will enjoy this exploration of its most famous mobsters and longstanding gangster culture.

Start your excursion in the evening at the city’s Royal Resort. You’ll meet your guide for the evening, who will be appropriately attired in vintage gangster clothing, including pinstripe suit and fedora. Over the course of your visit, you’ll hear compelling true stories of intrigue, murder and mystery. To start, listen to a history of the mob’s intimate connection to Las Vegas, a story that dates back to the 1930s and 1940s.

One of the colorful characters you’ll discover during your excursion is notorious mob figure and casino kingpin Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel, a man who helped usher in the modern era of casino building in the city. You’ll also hear stories about Tony “The Ant” Spilotro, mob boss Sam “Momo” Giancana, the Stratosphere suicide jumps and many other puzzling whodunits. A more recent crime that remains unsolved is the murder of Hip-Hop star Tupac Shakur. You’ll visit the site of his death in front of a well-known casino.

Finish your trip with a stop by the Bootlegger Restaurant, an eatery once known as a hangout for Tony Spilotro and his enforcer Frank Cullota. The restaurant has since changed names to Angelina’s Pizza Parlour, but retains much of its original charm. You’ll end the excursion by enjoying dinner at this famous hangout for the Tony’s infamous “Hole in the Wall Gang,”

My wife and I went on this Excursion while in Las Vegas and found it totally amazing and would recommend to anyone who is interested in this type thing, the tour guide was called Bobby Lucetta and the information this guy had left my wife and totally spell bound, he looked and sounded like the real deal and he was from New Jersey pinstripe suit etc, he took us to places houses and street where activity had taken place this included cars that were blown up and houses that were involved in movies that had been made, he also took us to one of the Mobs Eatem up Joints that was used regularly by the Mob and we had one of the best Pizzas I think I have ever eaten in there, I take my hat off to Bobby as I think it was a fantastic experience, and a brilliant way to learn of the Vegas Mob past. Id say to watch the movie Casino that starred Robert Di Niro prior to having the tour, once again fantastic!!
