My son and I purchased the Las Vegas Thrill Pass approximately two months in advance of our visit to Las Vegas. First, I would like to say the Viator does very well on Customer Service. We immediately had to make a change to our vouchers and their representatives over the phone took care of that immediately. We had no problems obtaining the ride passes at the Planet Hollywood inside of Caesar's Palace. We were able to ride the Big Shot at the Stratosphere, the VooDoo Zipline at the Rio, the NY NY Roller Coaster and ride all day at the Adventuredome at Circus Circus. The Thrill Pass offers great value for families who have kids or for adults who are young at heart and are budget-conscious. I would highly recommend Viator and the Las Vegas Thrill Pass as my son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
This was a pretty good deal for the items that was offered for two days of adrenaline filled things to do. We had no problem with most of the things we wanted to do except for one. We were unable to get the ride for the Stratosphere. The staff there gave us the run around and the customer service I called was useless. However, I will give this is 4 star because of how helpful the Viator.com staff was. I reported the incident and they refunded me in full. Because of this, I will definitely use this site again for my future travels.

To elucidate, for collecting the thrill pass the timing given on the print pages was 9am from Planet Hollywood Restraurant. But once I reached there, they said the restraurant opens at 11am and the pass would be available then. As I went at 10:30, had to spend only 1/2 hr, but clear timings on the website would have been helpful.
There should be more communications between the options that we get to choose and the Thrill Pass people.
unfortunately there was high winds so i wasnt able to do one of the rides that I really wanted to...felt like I lost out
I would not even give a star! SCAM Purchased 3 and the pass does not work on any of the 8 attractions!!! We has to pay to get on the VooDoo Zipline, we went to Adventure Dome and they stated this is a third party and never heard of this! Scam!
We couldn't use the passes for the stratus sphere or the race track. My girlfriend was very upset and I had to pay out of pocket.
I could have purchased the tickets for the attractions we went to for the same price or at three of them for less and get a better deal
this was awful, local provider didn't even know about the pass / card. every attraction we went to unaware of pass, ended up out of pocket, embarrassed and with a 50 phonebill. Website on the card doesn't exsist, basically your paying 60 for a card that does nothing. Disgusting, stay away from
