Hector is absolutely awesome. We have had the best day today trying lots of Peruvian food and Pisco sours. Hector has lots of anecdotes about his previous time in Australia, and around the world. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Be sure to follow the directions and you will find the cooking school pretty easily.

Hector did a great job teaching us all about Peruvian cooking and food. We did this on our first day in Peru and the rest of the trip we were saying, and #34;Oh we know about this! and #34; As we are at restaurants. The food you make is also amazingly delicious at the end! Can and #39;t wait to cook the recipes at home!

This was a fun morning with very tasty results! yum.
Hector was a great teacher as he shared the authentic way to make ceviche and how to make pisco and maracuya sours, my latest favourite drink.
The only downside to the day was one of the other class members had a nasty run in with fresh chilli when she inadvertently touched her face. The solution was flushing with warm camomile tea for an extended period of time but she did return to enjoy her efforts, declaring to steer well clear of hot chillies in the future.
