A beautiful sunny day at the Cliffs provided some amazing scenery. We were blessed with good weather on the day after Ophelia had hit the area. I would have preferred a little more time at the Cliffs, but thats what I say about all the places I really enjoy. This is one of the must see places in Ireland.
Wonderful day ! Weather turned out great! The bus Driver Rory was entertaining and funny! Enjoyed the Cliffs and the history and commentary ! Weather turned really bad on the drive back, but Rory was exceptional in taking care in driving. Felt very safe.
Beautiful sights!! A must-do when in Ireland. Highly recommend the Paddywagon tour.
This was a long day with a lot of walking so be prepared - we were. The sites were amazing and the driver and narrator were both excellent.
The tour was everything we wanted. The bus was very comfortable and we were never on it for more than an hour or so. The tour guide was terrific, didn't over talk, very informative and even sang an ditty!!! The Cliffs were beyond words and we were allowed plenty of time to view them from both sides. We also went to the Burran, which was a terrific site to see!!
All in all, we were totally satisfied with our day and couldn't have asked for more.
Fantastic trip with knowledgeable and funny guide. Absolutely breathtaking scenery, even thought it was raining the day I went. I highly recommend this tour. If traveling off season be sure to call to verify the trip is still on. Other trips I planned for this visit were cancelled.

This was a fantastic day and a great way to see some very beautiful countryside. The cliffs were awesome and I don't think any photo would capture their true magnificence. Our tour guide was well organised and informative which just made the day.
We took the Paddywagon tour to the Cliffs of Moher. The driver offered interesting and funny stories along the way. The Cliffs of Moher were breathtaking! The driver took us through smaller backroads which offered great scenery. The views of the 'little cliffs' in the Burren area were also beautiful. The stop at Bunratty Castle was brief and we would've liked time to actually go into the castle. All in all a nice trip!
The Cliffs of Moher is one of the most beautiful locations on earth - a must see when in Ireland! My issue with the tour was the tour company used. The personal was friendly, helpful and entertaining. The bus they used was old and broke down at the end of the trip approximately 15 minutes from our final destination. They had to call taxi cabs to take those of us ending in Limerick back to the stop. Throughout the day the bus could not cool the temperature inside to a comfortable temperature. That made the 8hour trip uncomfortable. Although the tour leader kept apologizing it did not make up for the conditions on the bus.
Lovely trip. I was expecting ting more storey telling but in truth there was enough. After driving myself alot around IrelandI truly enjoyed being driven. Ireland roads are so very narrow. Best to have someone else do the driving.
This was an experience of a life time. The day was sunny and we walked to the top of the viewing area taking many pictures on the way. The Paddy Wagon bus driver was very interesting and sang most of the way there and back which shortened the trip. Had a wonderful meal along the way. I am so thankful that I was able to be a part of this trip and will always treasure the beauty that I saw on that day.
Had a wonderful tour guide, Jamie. Our tour was small 6 people and you got to chat with everyone. The ride itself was good along with the information he provided along the way.
Excellent tour and great scenery.
Tour guide dropped us off about 3 blocks from where we were picked up and we had to walk to the area we parked our car ...especially in a strange city and certainly not within sight of any familiar landmarks. Guide said hen couldn't drop us off at the same location he picked us up but when we called the tour operator we were told pick up and drop off was at the same location. Good thing the tour itself was good.
The Cliffs of Moher are amazing, had an hour and a half there. This tour stopped in Doolin for lunch 45 minutes and also visited the Burren 20 minutes. But basically you are paying for a bus trip with a little bit of history along the way. Perhaps the logistics distances to drive are such that perhaps that's the best they can do.
Great trip and appreciated that this kept us from having to drive out to the cliffs ourselves. However, there honestly just isn't enough time at the cliffs themselves. By the time you walk halfway out, you have to turn back to make it back to the bus in time. It was nice to stop for lunch and at the shopping park near Bunratty Castle you don't actually have time to go in the castle either but I much rather would have had more time at the cliffs themselves.
What this tour is not: a personal, small group tour of the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren.
What it is: a large bus tour. with up to 50 people.
As such, each stop requires time to exit and reload the bus. Fortunately, there were not too many stops along the way. The cliffs themselves are a highlight of an trip to Ireland. It's not to be missed. We had enough time there, but could have used a little bit more, but, as I said in the first sentence, this is not a private tour.
We would have liked a little more time at the Burren to explore, and the stop at Bunratty Castle no admission to the castle itself was pretty much just a bathroom break and a stop to buy stuff.
A private tour covering the same attractions would probably cost ten times what this coach tour does, so all in all, it's easily the most economic way to see these areas. Our bus driver was knowledgable and gave us a lot of information about the attractions we were seeing.
Driver was great. Scenery breathtaking. Driver was great other than we left our stop in Limerick 20 minutes late.
The places we saw were fabulous, everything we hoped for. However, the driver was not really a tour guide and seemed to struggle with how to fill in the time driving. He could have just played Irish music and let us look around, but he talked about a lot of nothing, maybe 7 sentences of Irish history, and sang to us. I have taken many other Viators in other countries and some in Dublin. I never went with such a large group as on this big bus. I prefer van size tours or a small bus. When there was a lunch stop, it was rushed and crowded so people at the end of the line had 10 minutes to eat as opposed to the people who got in line first. Viator should let people know the size of the tour group so people who don't mind large bus groups could choose that, and people who prefer van size tours could choose those.
