This was very disappointing . The bus broke down and we had to wait for another bus from Lisbon. The primary reason for the visit was to have mass at the church indoors on the hill approx. six PM. However we were told that we had to be at the bus stop at 6.30PM. Having to leave the church due to this information I arrived to find the bus trip back to Lisbon had been postponed to 7 PM. Too late to go back to the church for mass. I
This was a very disappointing trip. The bus broke down just before Fatima. We had to wait until another bus was sent from Lisbon.
There was no mass being offered at the time we arrived. The day before I had been to Fatima but was unable to receive mass. It was half way through when we arrived but had already booked an additional trip primarily to have mass. There was no mass being held
when we arrived so I went to the church on the hill. I was seated in the church and one of the tourists on our trip informed me we had
to be at the bus stop at 6 :30 PM. When I arrived I was then informed it was delayed until 7 PM. Total waste of time and money.
So very interesting to see the Fatima at it's finest. I loved everything about this tour and still relish in it!
In a word, fantastic. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided a thorough background of the story of Fatima, in 4 languages! We were given ample time to explore the Sanctuary on our own and to take in the the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this tour.
We were given an introduction to the story of Fatima then left to explore on our own for a couple of hours. Group was also small so very informative.
The Greyline service was very professional and the tour guide Rosa was lovely! Rosa was so experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative! The bus ride was smooth and comfortable. We had an incredible time, Fatima was beautiful :
It was everything I hoped it would be. So glad I used this tour.

First class tour. Bus picked us up and dropped us back to hotel. Tour guide and driver were excellent.
This tour is highly recommended! There are several good points I can enumerate:
1. Very convenient – pickup was prompt and directly from the hotel. Drop off was directly to the hotel as well.
2. Content – we went to Obidos, Alcobaca, Nazare, Batalha, and Fatima. This is a lot of places in one day. Our tour guide, Ana, gives remarkable information on the sites while on the bus and on the sites themselves.
3. Value for Money – for the number of sites, experience, and Portuguese history, this brings the most bang for your buck!
4. Free Time on the sites – there are some free time allocated for some sites.
A noteworthy point, if you are after visiting a specific site in detail, like in Fatima, this might not be the best tour for you. Because there is quite little time left for free roaming and exploring, you will quickly run out of time if you want to drill down into more details, or attend service, on the programmed sites.

It was excellent. The coach ride was comfortable and the guide was friendly. It was a lovely day !
Our tour guide, Vanessa, was a sophisticated guide. We not only learnt the history of Fatima, we were also enriched by her knowledgeable introduction in agriculture, culture and other aspects of the region and area wherever the coach passed by.
Although it was a very long day, the guide Ana was charming and humorous and gave us information in reasonable chunks that were easy to absorb. Great trip!
our trip was complete success,i love the food the service and the people, specially the fatima trip
Glad that I could spend some time at Fatima and going in the houses where Lucia, Juanita and Francisco lived was a great experience.

This was a heartwarming experience. Very interesting and full of history. Our tour guide was fantastic! She shared details of each visiting site. She gave us an understanding of what Fatima is all about. We both greatly appreciate the knowledge she shared. One person insisted that our guide speak English only. The guide politely explained that she must speak in the languages everyone understands. Congratulations to her for staying calm and professional.
We were in Lisbon and wanted to visit Fatima and the Sanctuary. We didn't have a full day so we chose this tour.
The bus was exactly where it was supposed to be, and it was a small, very nice 16 seat bus that transported us to Fatima, about an hour's drive. The guide was bi-lingual speaking in Portuguese and English, so we were well informed - albeit slowly!
There is really not that much to see that you would require a full day tour EXCEPT if you wanted to attend Mass at the Basilica. If that is the case, you could make it a full day or check ahead for the Mass times and see if it fits within your tours schedule.
Great value and almost door to door service. Much better than taking the train and doing it solo.
The tour director was terrific which made for a great trip. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Thank you.
Not far out of Lisbon so no long bus drive. VERY crowded at Fatima though. But we did have time to go to all the sights on campus if you were determined. Probably not enough time to go to a mass though and see all the sights.
We enjoyed our visit at Fatima the guide was knowledgeable and gave us a good history account before we arrived. The minibus was very comfortable and the free time we had to visit was good though it was a little short
The tour was very good and prompt and our guide very helpful.
