We will start our day with 30 minutes of yoga stretches at the edge of the Tejo River. I will lead you through some fun balancing poses to build energy for your day. After the warm-up we will power walk through Lisbon's historical and sometimes steep narrow streets. We'll take a walk near the the river to Cais do Sodré and visit the Mercado do Ribeira (food market) then up to Chiado and on to the miradouro São Pedro de Alcântara (viewpoint). We'll make our way down to Baixa and end our walk at the restaurant. (1h30m). Our final destination will be a delicious and healthy lunch at a local organic restaurant.
