This was our first activity upon arriving in London. We had hoped to get an overall layout of the city. After three hours of getting on and off buses for numerous reasons (the company's, not ours) we chose to get off for good and walk. Routes were closed, we were asked to get off one bus where we had wonderful seats on the top level to get on a bus directly in front of us that had filled up before we even got there, and then told to go back to our original bus where the top had by then been filled. VERY rude lady as I asked why we had to get off and then back on. We actually saw NOTHING in three hours and had no hopes of anything getting better. Save your money or try another company. Terribly disappointing for our introduction to London.

Great easy way to see London! Buses were very crowded and 2 of 3 tour guides were so so.

, Jul 2018

Flyers not updated, staff not helpful and live guides not knowledible about history- focused on current events.

Waste of time and money! The first day we attempted to use the bus, a full route on the red line which is advertised at 2 hours or so, took 5 hours. This was supposedly due to the 100th air force event. I guess I can understand that, but day 2 was not much better as most time was spent sitting in traffic. I know traffic is beyond the provider's control, but the chaotic reroutes and misinformation were within their control. We rode around for hours trying to get to Harrod's and the stop was repeatedly skipped. We changed buses thinking we had made a mistake and even asked if this was the correct bus for Harrod's, but never made it there. In fact, there was another family who said the same thing happened to them the day prior so it wasn't just a fluke. After multiple attempts on two different days, we quit trying and paid for uber to take us around or we would have spent our entire vacation sitting on a bus. We have taken hop on hop off tours in many US cities and it was wonderful, even with traffic, but this was a absolute disaster!

We waited for 45 min for a red bus only to find out they changed the routes. These bus routes are only good if you get off the bus, they are not good for just seeing the sites from a distance.

3 different guides, 3 different views. Some are more informative(interesting) than others. Time was not consistent. The app helps navigating around. Would definitely recommend

a 2-day pass is really needed if you have a limited amount of time in London and you want to see everything. The main city center is actually easier to walk around than to take the tour bus because the streets are so congested. But the sites that are a little further away are much better to take the tour bus.

Very good service. Great chance to see as much as possible in a day.

Packed full of culture and history. Would take it again. Our guide, Dolly, was wonderful!
