I ran this tour with Vanessa. She was amazing! Any runner out there should do this tour. The running was a fair workout. It can be a sprint for a seasoned runner or a walk / jog for one not. The actual chasing of the Guard was so much fun.i was skeptical from the title if it was going to about just following them through the streets. IT WAS SO MUCH MORE! I learn so much about the queens guard, who they are,the uniforms, the history, ALSO behind the scene stories of a Goose that stood Guard, a greyhound mascot,a murder and a ghost. The horses have stories to be told too. I would run with Vanessa again! Anyone who enjoys a run should book with this group on any tour. They were professional and on time. The communication was excellent and friendly. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
