Great tour, definitely take the earliest spot available. We got there in under an hour, but then waited on line to enter for close to an hour just to get inside. Walked through to the first spot on the tour around 10am and had to be back on the bus by 1:15pm. You need the full 3 hours to see it all, especially if you want to do the 'extra special' things like riding a broomstick, etc those cost extra . We rushed through a lot of it so we would have enough time in the gift shop. If you ask, they will give you the tax free form so you can reclaim your VAT on large purchases. Also if you ask at the information desk and be nice to them, they will give you extra goodies for free buttons, postcards, etc. We left with 2 complete sets of house buttons, 2 replica letters addressed to Harry from when he was accepted at Hogwarts, and a bunch of his name cards from the Goblet of Fire movie when it spits out of the goblet - for free! Don't be late to the bus, we left a family behind who couldn't be located and they had to find their own way back to central London.
The tour was a wonderful experience. Make this a must see on your next visit to
I love every minute of it. I was like a child in a candy store. I took over 800 pictures of Harry Potter studios. Everywhere I looked there was something I felt I had to take a pic. When they opened the Hogwarts' door to enter and I saw the Great Hall first stop, the only thing I could think was WOW and when I made it to the Castle it was so beautiful I stayed for 1 hr going around and around then sat to admire it. You have to see it by yourself I can't describe it.
This tour was really great, we enjoyed it immensely. The only thing that would make it even better would be to offer one that gives you more time at the studios as we felt that we had to rush through to be able to see everything.
Surprisingly good. We could have used more time. We are an older couple and this exhibit is not just for kids and teens!
A magical, must-do tour for young and old fans of Harry Potter.
My kids love all things Harry Potter but we don't really care about it HOWEVER it was a great day! Very interesting to see how they actually made all the sets and how certain shots took place. The kids absolutely love it. There was an option to make a video of kids on a broom wearing a robe in front of a green screen, and they made it look really cute - it was a souvenir we're glad we sprang for. And we got to try Butter Beer! Highly recommend visiting, and taking the bus if you're in London as I'm not sure how else to get there besides a car which would be too costly.
I have a three wheel scooter and the bus driver loaded the scooter easily and was a great tour leader. Wonderful experience well worth the money
Fantastic!!! A must for all Harry Potter fans!!! A little more time is needed though us true fans would love to linger a little longer, especially in the gift shop!
Loved the arrangements - the caoch and the person who drove us - with his inputs.. lovely time.. highly recommended :
We loved the Harry Potter Tour. From the moment we stepped into the studio to the moment we had to leave, we were totally enthralled. The only negative is that there was not enough time to spend at the studio.

A dream for any Harry Potter Fan. Everything about the making of Harry Potter is here. Seeing all the displays and the creation of the Harry Potter world is amazing. You also get the senses of the amount of time and dedication that goes into every production of the 8 movies. The butterbeer drink and ice cream is a must for anyone going there. And make sure to leave some time for the shopping, so much stuff to buy.
Fabulous. Basically, the trip covers the cost of transportation to and from the studio, as well as the cost of the entrance fee. You tour the studio yourself, which you would want to do -- there is so much to enjoy! I highly recommend.
Best tour I have been on! The coach was very comfortable and we were given 4 hours inside the studio. It was all wonderful .
A must for any Harry Potter fan and even for those who have not read the series. A fabulous museum showing every detail of the making of all of the Harry Potter movies. Incredible attention to detail. No expense was spared. Do try the Butter Beer or Butter Beer ice cream. Unique and yummy treat you can only get here.
My 12 year old grand daughter thought it was the best! I enjoyed it as well. Everything went very smoothly and I liked not being hurried through - my grand daughter could linger as long as she liked at each and every display.
