The terminal meeting place is crowded and crazy busy so allow plenty of time to find the bus.
The no cancellation policy is bad because you cannot cancel and get your money back even for legitimate reasons - which keeps other people from being able to attend.
Do not miss visiting this studio if you are even remotely interested in Harry Potter!

The bus driver never...

The bus driver never identified the tour on board, nor his name, how to identify the bus for the return home and arrived JUST before the time they told us guests to be back at the bus. He said NOTHING. The bus should have been waiting in the lot like all the other bus companies- they were there early and provided a warm and safe place for clients to wait for others upon departure. He would leave the bus unattended- totally unprofessional trip.

Fantastic tour

Transportation was comfortable and on time. The tour itself was outstanding! Plan on a full day at the studio. So much to see and some is guided but majority is explore at your own pace.
Horrible Service

London public transportation was experiencing a strike on Mar 15th, so we planned accordingly and got an Uber to the Victoria Coach Station. Normally a tube ride would take 20mins, or by car 25, but due to traffic caused by the strike it took 50mins. However, we planned for this, we arrived 20mins before departure, we were the first in-line for our tour. Someone finally appeared after 15mins or so in a pink vest to check us in. That’s where the last of the good luck ran out.
We stood there for 3hrs! The attendant updated us the best she could but there was nothing she could do beyond that. I attempted to reschedule with Premium Tours via telephone however, they refused stating that this was beyond their control and they are booked until May so there’s no possible way for us to go tomorrow or any day really, while we are vacationing in London. That doesn’t seem like great customer service or a solution at all. I then asked for a refund, this wasn’t possible either because they said it wasn’t their fault there were major delays due to the strike. There was also no guarantee how long it would take to get out of London and to the Harry Potter Studio. On top of that, I remind you, that the tour is estimated to be 4hrs. There was little to no empathy from this company on the customers predicament, about 150 people queuing because it’s now 1500, and my departure time was 1215. They expected people to stand around getting hungry and thirsty. There weren’t enough benches for people to sit down on so most were just sitting on the cold floor of the station, children and older folks alike. It was a terrible situation.
They expected us to continue wasting our time standing around for a bus that may never arrive and lose out on other scheduled events for the evening? I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and they refunded me immediately. I was also told by local Londoners that they must refund you according to British law, they are taking advantage of the situation and tourists lack of know-how.
So I did just that, I filed an official complaint with the Ombudsman Services; they resolve disputes between customers and companies here in the UK.
It’s unfortunate, because this has been the only stain on an otherwise phenomenal holiday to celebrate a family members 70th birthday. Her wish has always been to come to London and she has loved it all. Harry Potter was something she was looking forward to but, we will ultimately make different memories elsewhere, we went and saw a hilarious play at one of the smaller theatres.

Make sure you have at least 3-4hrs to get through everything. So much to see. Lots of fun. Have spending money as well.

This tour is really amazing! If you are a Harry Potter fan, or just a fan of movies, it is cool to see everything it took to make these films. I loved it! The bus we took to get there was comfortable and clean, and our driver was very nice.
Go quickly through the musuem

It was a nice bus trip but there was no usb plugs to charge phone on the way. You need to go quickly through the museum, 3 hours is not enough time.
