The staff were very friendly, caring and gave a fun interesting commentary. The speedboat ride was great: a fast thrilling ride with a great sweeping turn as you got to the 02 arena. We had a great time and I would recommend. We even got a free beer and soft drink.

What a fun time! The little boat felt very study and it was super fun to speed along the Thames. The day I went there was some chop to the water so we caught some air, but that made it more fun! Sally was a great guide pointing out landmarks. The boat does some fast moves and then comes back and a mini-tour, so it's all worth the time out on the water. Seriously, the highlight of my trip, thank you!

It was the highlight for my kids ages 7, 10 & 12. We got to see the sights along the Thames, and get some info and history from the guide. We loved the fast pace and the grown ups and kids squealed with delight. For my group, I’m glad we booked this instead of a leisurely slow cruise down the river.

We greatly enjoyed our experience on this high speed boat trip. Extremely friendly and funny staff. And a wonderful ride on the Thames along with a short tour of some of the London highlights. We also got some great pictures by the Tower bridge! We were a family of 4 (with 14 and 12 yr old boys) and the whole family had a blast.

Our trip was cancelled 20min before it happened. It was said that both of the boats had broken down and I should look for a different provider !

One of our boats had a mechanical problem at a time when another was unavailable due to routine maintenance. We will only operate our vessels if they are in perfect mechanical condition. This was very regretable and something we obviously try to avoid. You were given a full refund and advised to try other providers; the only option open to us under the circumstances. Let me repeat my sincerest apologies and I hope that it didn't spoil your visit to London.

We are always available to deal with customer's concerns and it appears Viator have refused a refund as you did not show for your trip. All our passengers are sent comprehensive text messages well in advance of their departure, advising to allow plenty of time for their journey to the pier and giving detailed directions. It is made very clear that refunds will not be made for passengers that do not show for their trip. Our policy is to allow cancellations for 100% refund and free reschedules up to 24 hours before departure. I hope you will understand why we cannot give refunds when our boat leaves with empty seats.
